I am one happy guy tonight!!!!! Thanks to Eli Manning, Victor Cruz and a certain little lady out West helping the N Y Giants win with her cheer leading. :par13:

Remember Beth. There is always next year for Dallas. :crying2:

All right mikeyank...you guys won, here is your reward. Sometimes when you win, the victory is not so sweet...or large

I would be very willing to share Mr. Brady with whomever else is lucky enough to "have" him. I don't need exclusivity, just an occasional few moments of pleasure, would be fine. :001_tt2:

Now that's much more like a reward than Mr. Farve. Thanks.:001_cool:

As long as this thread exists, and was started when the Giants went into Dallas back in December and defeated the Cowboys, I just wanted to mention that the Giants destroyed the Atlanta Falcons today, 24-2, and next week go into legendary Lambeau Field in Green Bay to take on the mighty Packers. This has turned out to be a very interesting season for Big Blue.

Great pics Beth. I don't know much about football but I'll comment on the pics. I vaguely remember the Brent Farve photo controversy. I've seen the photo before. What was the story on that one again? Who was it intended for and how did it supposedly get leaked?

The photo of Brady is actually very tasteful and artistic. Because of the pixelation quality, at first glance I thought I was looking at a beautiful painting in a museum from a much earlier time period. Indeed it is such a beautiful and non offending pose of the male body that it's worthy of ending up in a museum some day in the distant future. When Mr. Brady is much older and no longer in his prime I think he would actually appreciate being remembered the way he looks here. Again I love how much the photo really looks like a painting!

Thanks for sharing these with us Beth!

Hi Tampa,

I'm not Beth, but I can answer the Brett Farve question, as it took place here in New York, when he was playing for the Jets. He supposedly texted it a female reporter, Jenn Sterger, pictures of his cock, and wanted her to go out with him. I found this story on the incident.

And I agree that Tom Brady is truly a hot hot guy!!!

I am a very superstitious sports fan, and as I am getting nervous anticipating a very tough game today at historic and iconic Lambeau Field in Green Bay, today against statistically the best team in the NFL this year, I remembered that I had posted on this thread through the Dallas and Atlanta victories, so I will keep the tradition going today, even though NFL football does not seem to be a popular topic on the Broke Straight Boys forum.

Let's Go Big Blue!!!!

my self indulgent thread

Ever since Beth started this thread on December 13, when the Giants beat her Cowboys, I have considered this to be a lucky thread for my Giants, as they today go into San Francisco's historic Candlestick Park, for a battle with the 49'ers for the NFC Championship, and the right to play in the Super Bowl in two weeks.

So, as posting on this thread has given the Giants so much luck over the last five weeks, I am giving it another shot.

This song goes out to Eli Manning and the Giants:

:001_wub:Oh, the game is in overtime. I hope Mikey survives it.
Thank you Ms. K. It was a tight tough game, but the Giants are going back to the Super Bowl. It has been an amazing journey for them to go from a mediocre team, almost missing the playoffs to being the NFC champions. I'm lovin' it!!!

Congratulations on your team's win! It was really a tough match and both teams did play well. Although I was rooting for the 49ers, the Giants definitely did what they needed to do to win! Now, as far as the Super Bowl, I think we will once again have to agree to disagree; I think Brady will rally his team to a New England win.

Brady is a great quarterback, but Eli has been very clutch and I have confidence in Big Blue.

As this is the Broke Straight Boys forum, I figured the physical attributes of the two quarterbacks needed to be mentioned, and while Brady is a stud and Eli, just a big ol' country boy, I see that in shirtless pics, Brady may be eating too much of Giselle's pasta. :001_rolleyes:

Oh, that's just Tom bulking up for the big game, which the Patriots will win!

All I can say is that Tom is lucky that he is not a Broke Straight Boys, cause the forum has little use for a spare tire.

And don't bet your savings on New England. We beat them in the Super Bowl before, so why not again??? :par50::thumbup:

uh, because this year, it's the Patriot's turn!

Do you remember what happened the second time the Giants played your Cowboys this year? :001_rolleyes:

Yes, and "it burns" as Tony Romo told reporters. But I think your Giants (insert phallic visual here) have cum to the end and will withdraw with a loss!

Let's talk about something we can ALL agree on: how crazy the last two Cowboy games have been! Look, I live here, only about 10 minutes from the stadium, which can be seen in both Dallas and FT Worth. When we agreed to add more taxes (sales tax) to the cost of living here, we really thought it would help bring a team back to "the glory days" of the 70's and 80's; alas, we were wrong. I was at the game Sunday against the Giants and saw in person crazy shit that you could not make up: sloppy plays, poor execution of plays, spectacular plays that were called back because of penalties and the dreaded 4th quarter in December plays! As one Giant's fan yelled out (the last 2 seconds of the game) "that's how you shut up 95,000 people!" Oh, the game was sad, the night was cold (1.5 hours for a taxi) and not even multiple double shots of Patron could help!
How about your team?....
I consider this my "Lucky Thread", as since this game, the Giants have been on a Super Streak that has taken them all the way to Super Bowl XLVI, so I will post on this thread one last day to hopefully help guide Eli & company into another upset over the mighty NE Pats of Tom Brady.

Good Luck Big Blue!
