After all the recent complaining and bitchiness on here about David and the way Broke Straight Boys is run, it was good to see an almost unanimous "GREAT STUFF" for both the boys and David.
It was excellent, totally spontaneous, passionate and tender. And best of all...David kept his mouth shut for the last ten minutes (just kidding Mr. D.)

Are we not digressing now chaps. It was mention in the beginning of the film that Jimmy had been around the porn circuit, so he's probably accustomed to bringing out the best in the other model. I am going to wait until Friday to see how it all works out but I'm sure David and the crew have, if not already, decided on the path of these two hotties.

Jon, as we've noticed before, that's the "trouble" with the hiatus between filming and release. As consumers, and especially as reviewers and consultants, all our comments are pretty much beside the point because of D&E's itinerant straighties, many of whom have second thoughts after having turned in a great performance and simply disappear or get sidetracked in other ways. Dave felt he had to apologise for Josh's willy, whereas I, and a whole bunch more members, thought Josh was the best thing that had happened on the couch for months, but so what? By the time he got to the site it was too late.

Regarding Jimmy, I've tried to reconstruct in my head what might really have gone on in the run up to this shoot (if they met at the studiio and clicked and it was then that Diesal outlined to David how he wanted the miniseries to unroll, or whether they hadn't seen each other till Eddie's indoctrination session an hour before the scene, or Diesal, away from Broke Straight Boys for months but perhaps in touch with the industry populace, got to know Jimmy and liked him and reeled him in to be filmed with him.) All these scenarios and two or three more have been passing uselessly through my mind. It would have to be Dave, or Diesal himself, who cleared it up. Whatever happened it would be fun to know what it was, but totally secondary in comparison to what we saw in that shoot. And what we're saying here, paris nailed it, that without Jimmy the scene would have been a yawn, is true. If I had to lose one of the two of them in future shoots I'd have a real dilemma deciding which it would be. I would hope to see them act out this affair together for all its worth for another 3 or 4 epis.

I'm not sure why Diesal bottoming is such a big issue. Diesal has proved over the last two shoots that he can be a love maker as well as a wham bam there's you man model. I shall wait and judge the inevitable episode when it's released but it's sad that a model has to be "forced" into bottoming by the power of the dollar - will be interesting to see how much he gets for bottoming. It will also be interesting to see if Diesal liked doing bottom and whether that will change his modus operandi for future episodes.

I'm sticking with my intuition from last March, that Diesal met Jimmy and fell in love, that they're in a relationship and, as two boys who know how to make a buck being filmed having sex, went to David with the package. Dave tries not to use boys, like Jimmy, who have already tarnished their straightie image by doing gay porn at other studios, but the couple came as a package, and he was clever enough to see what the impact of Diesal's conversion would be on his customers.

There are hints that this initiative came from Diesal in one of Dave's pòsts. I think Diesal and Jimmy put it together (just like Eric and Ross got their number together, with belt, prior to hitting the futon) and sold the whole 3 episode idea to David. Excellent merchandising. I hope they make a lot more money at D&E. Unless they get bored with it, or with each other, I could watch those two endlessly.

Two things about the first part have me unable to agree with you. There's a look in Jimmy's eye when Diesal comes in that struck me as a first meeting and happy surprise, as if the photo shoot was done second in this case and Jimmy was getting an eyeful of something he liked with no preamble. Then there is the fact that Diesal barely reciprocated in the oral scene and lost his erection while doing so. That doesn't strike me as lovers who came in with a plan...
