There is a point that I'd like to make. For the most part if you check people's join date there is a correlation to their favorite models, as the guys who attracted them in the first place to joni the site will often remain their favorites, as with me, the boys of David's futon, Tyler, CJ. Shane, Logan. etc. will always be my favorites, while guys who joined when Kodi and Denver were the star attractions have them high on their lists. It's a natural response but I do find it interesting to note.

I admit I did join this site because of Kodi. I have also stated that I followed the works of Broke Straight Boys since it's inception purchasing and/or renting many of the videos from my local gay bookstore. This was all prior to me having my own personal computer in 2008. Prior to 2008 the only computer I had available to me was at work and it was strictly monitored so I had limited knowledge of what was out there in cyber land. Yes, I did have favorites from BSB1 but it was not until a later time that I started connecting with the models on a more personal level. I was surfing various porn sites when I ran across Kodi's initial interview. He said in his interview that a gay friend had led him to Broke Straight Boys and went on the say, "...but I am straight just to make that clear." I later found a clip of his solo scene and immediately had to see more of that boy. It was the first time my heart throbbed over a Broke Straight Boys model. I have a special folder on my external hard drive labelled "Kodi" with all his scenes downloaded.

Yes, I do have favorites that date back to the beginning. I even followed Vinnie's and Maurisio's careers until they split up. I followed Tyler Evans up to when he even became a staff member in the studio.

I have only been a member here since 2014 but the favorites I have listed are the ones I have had the pleasure of communicating with on a more personal level since I joined.

Another thing to point out is that I have only been a member of the forum since 2014. I became a subscriber to the site way before that.

You would have to give me a specific date when BSB2 ended as the lines are blurred after that. Perhaps it should be done by director, David, Clay, Johnny Robbins, Damian Christopher and the current duo of Sha & Bryce.

Eras by directors would be fine. I think the directors define the eras of Broke Straight Boys For example, BSB1 was David, BSB2 was Clay and so forth.

Gee, I didn't start this thread for anyone to get their panties in a twist! Just thought it would be fun to hear who everyone favored. No one is right or wrong. I see most of the guys on my own list haven't been mentioned by anyone else! Whatever. We each have our own tastes. That's what makes it fun. Look at the posts after a video goes live -- there are always sides of those who loved it and those who hated it and a bunch in the middle. I hated the "infamous" recent Abram/Kyle video but was in the vast minority, and that's okay. See no reason for anyone to take umbrage with the topic or with anyone's choices. Its all fun and its all just personal preferences.

First off sorry if there is an older thread about this -- I know how annoying it is to have multiple threads on the same topic! I looked through several pages of forum threads and didn't see one.

Anyway, my top 10 favorites of all time are:

1. Jeremy Sparks
2. Skyler Daniels
3. Rex
4. Braden
5. Cage Kafig
6. Dakota Ford
7. Ronan Kennedy
8. Chad Michael
9. Blake Bennet (so long as he isn't talking!!!)
10. Kaden Alexander & Kyle Porter (two for one -- is that cheating?!)


The top 4 are set in stone and are unshakable. The others are more fluid, and might come and go in favor of some other guys (Tyler White and Anthony Hunt, for instance), depending on my mood. I think Brandon Evans may move onto that list once we've seen a little bit more of him. Interesting, though, how, with the exception of the twins, all of my favorites are long gone.
