I would like to do yet another 'survey' on everyone's opinion on whether or not there is a 'safe place' to bareback?

MY personal 'preference/opinion is:
Shower: NO, all there is, is water, soap is not a protector

Pool/Jacuzzi-(I put these together because they get the same answer) If you HAVE to do it, whether it be oral, or other, IF the pool/jacuzzi is properly treated with chemicals:acid/Chlorine, it is 'safer'

Definitely not safer in a pool or jacuzzi.
Chemicals or no chemicals it still comes down to the fact that if there is a direct contact of the body fluids to the blood stream you are still at risk

Hi Bob

Both the lining of the rectum and the head of the penis are both mucous membranes. Sexually transmitted diseases can be transmitted either way i.e. penis to anus and anus to penis without cumming. It is not true to say in penetrative bareback anal sex it is only the receiver at risk because he gets cum in his (or her) arse.

So neither locations are safe. But with a condom would be fun!

Barebacking sex (in porn) should be like high performance car commercials. They should have a disclaimer at the beginning that says: "Closed course and professional driver, do not attempt" [...without appropriate protection].

Even masturbating has it's risks - RSI for example - lol

Sorry - I just couldn't resist that one

Unfortunate, but truthful

Dear raysvq,

Now that there is relative success with the AIDS cocktail of drugs, it seems that the ever present risks factors seem swept under the rug and out of public consciousness. Regardless of the success in prolonging AIDS patients lives, living on permanent life-supporting medications is hardly a reasonable trade-off for doing business, namely barebacking and other high risks behaviors.

The occurrence of direct contact of the body fluids to the blood stream you are still at risk and nature is, itself, not forgiving when deliberately exposing yourself. My dear fellow sexual practitioners in the field, please remember to love yourself enough to take the time and effort protecting yourself. "Safe Sex" by it's nature is not 100% Safe or even close. Safe Sex is only slightly Safer Sex over the absence of a condom.

I can't believe that in 2010 guys are still asking these questions. In the 80's guys thought they could bareback as long as they didn't cum and we found out quite different. In a jacuzzi, in a monsoon, on Mt Everest, on the North Pole, always use a condom. It's that simple

Don't think I am advocating unsafe sex - please refer to all my posts above & elsewhere on the subject of safe sex.

With everything being safe, clean & proper discussions having taken place, there is nothing more intimate (outside of kissing) or fulfilling than taking the sperm of your partner inside you.

At least that is how it is for me

reply to 'Mr. Carefreewc"

I had ALREADY had known the answer, however, 'Mr Carefree', there are a LOT of people out there that are NOT as informed as I , ( nor you, 'claim to be'). As well, Carefree, check your readings the 'condom' that you profess we should 'ALWAYS use', is NOT 100% safe/guarantee either!
