1. How would you handle being in business and that 75% of your members keep requesting the same models? Would you ignore 75% of your members? Would you satisfy your members and do you best to show requested models?
2. How would you film a model that comes into your studio and has never filmed porn before and is very nervous? Would you just tell this type of model, "Hey, buck up! I'm paying you money so you will perform and do as I say and if you don't like it, you can leave?" and then throw him into a fucking scene and make him feel very uncomfortable or Would you simply work with that model and try to make him more comfortable so you can build his confidence up so when he does his fucking scene, he will be more willing and not as pressured to do more?
3. If you have 6 months worth of footage and in that 6 months worth of Broke Straight Boys footage you have many new hot models, but you can't place them all up on the site all at once and you don't want to place the Broke Straight Boys episodes out of order, how would you handle this?
As you can see from my questions, there are many challenges just dealing with content & models and making the correct decisions we think would satisfy all our members...but when your faced with certain decisions, you have to do your best.
It would be nice to hear from those complaining members and I like to see your answers to the above questions be answered and see how you as a member would handle our some of our challenges.

As someone who has been a paying member of and on, I can totally understand the OP's point. There seems to be long stretches where the models we see are either all regs (not that it's a bad thing) or the new models are not exactly 10's. I've dropped my membership before during those long lags...but then I'll see some new hot model I just HAVE to see and rejoin (this time around it was Logan and Preston)...I saw a few scenes with them but then they disappeared. I hear Preston will be back...but I've been seeing management say on the forums 'sometime' for a couple months now.
As several people pointed out, the lead up to HD was annoying because you stated "we HAVE to get through all the standard def stuff before we show the HD." This went on for over a month with build up and promises of how great HD was going to be, and then the very first HD scene was two models we'd already seen doing things we'd already seen them do. I, for one, remember being extremely disappointed when I saw what the first scene was going to be...
I can understand from a business standpoint the need to always be promising something great is around the corner...but a month of build up towards HD fell extremely flat with the first scene.
Anyways, to answer your questions:
1. By all means regular models are the cornerstone of getting people to stick around...but it's frustrating to see some of my favs doing work on your sister site boygush...which isn't accessible with a membership on this site (namely Tyler). How about in addition to the normal rotation you go through, you have a 'membership weekend' once a month where forum members vote on two scenes. You provide the the scene details (ex. One is a 3 way tag team, the other two guys doing just oral) and then a list of models available. We vote and the the model with the most votes does each scene; you can rotate the available models every month to prevent a model from ALWAYS being picked.
2. I totally agree, I personally have no problem with the solo's...only suggestion would be to add in some toys and such sometimes
3. Again, I find this excuse annoying. Why do you have 6 months of footage? Do you use all the footage you shoot? If you have so much stored up that 'has' to be used...how more more uber update weeks where one is done everyday like the last week before the HD switch?
Another thing that might curb the annoyance of being told 'good stuff is around the corner' is tell us exactly WHEN that will happen. I've seen you put a few weeks worth up updates in advance on the forums...why isn't that standard practice? Why only show us the next three...especially if you have '6 months' of footage lined up?
