a nice person described me as someone who could smell a bear fart in a storm. I don't know the facts. I know that facts, both true and false stumble into the light. while the truth picks out a tie, the lie runs naked around the world. things in your imagination are stranger than they are in reality.
if this were a board of directors and a senior person was reported to be ill and work continue on schedule, then I can't see that board wanting to see proof of illness and any plan to operate without the ill person.

BTW - If you are wondering if I have a life outside of Broke Straight Boys, Yes, I do. LOL I went out shopping with Linda yesterday and that was a four hour ordeal. This was a long rainy morning, so it was perfect to do research to state my case.

That was nothing compared to the rain this morning and today. lol At 10:30 this morning the natural lighting in my room looked like it was about 7:15.

I thought the issue of sometime johnny and sometime damian was addressed. johnny would work and stop when he felt he could not continue. damian would complete the scheduled shoots. I can see an illness letting you think you well enough to work and letting you know you are not well enough.

there is no way to know the order in which an episode was shot. even with the production dates, you could not know more than the month a scene was shot. there is no, first in, first out procedure.

We're now over 6 weeks since we heard of Jonny's "illness" and nothing further. I hope Broke Straight Boys are telling us the truth and have not sent him on to green pastures.

Ah our own "Doubting Thomas" is now starting to get as suspicious as I am. As I said recently, when someone is out sick at the job, and you get a fill-in, you try to keep the everything as similar as possible to the regular guys work, so as when he returns it will be a seamless transition. But with the brand new style of the new scenes, which are apparently keeping up with the competition's new style, (as pointed out by Betu and Miami24), it sure looks to me like Broke Straight Boys is instituting a new "change of direction", and not merely a temporary change of directors.

I really hope Johnny hasn't been laid of as I personally believe he is great at what he does and I love watching the scenes that he does. I understand that there is the matter of privacy of personal matters but surely the management could let us know something as if he has been sent away then this is not a very dignified way for his departure after all the hard work he has put into this site. On the other hand if Johnny really is sick then I send him my love and prayers and I hope that he gets well soon and isn't suffering. Dan x

The reason I say this is because none other than Damian Christopher has told us otherwise, i.e. that Johnny has been ill and he is subbing for him until he recovers. And since Damian on more than one occasion has told us the premium he places on integrity and truthfulness, I find it hard to believe he would put those attributes of his at risk by telling us falsehoods with respect to Johnny's status. His reputation amongst the forum members would be forever sullied if that were to be the case. At least that's how I see it.

I fear that has already taken a hit with regard to his comments on the outakes thread.

As a physician, a company cannot and should not disclose someones medical status. That is a private matter and should be left alone. We will probably never know the actual truth but i'm fine with that. doesnt seem to be the case with the "inquiring minds have to know" crowd.

You have only just joined the forum and for those that have been here a while and post a lot we have developed a community and a sort of family on here so yes inquiring minds as we care about each other and for the people we get to know and so when somebody becomes I'll it is only natural for us to worry and have questions. You seem to only be able to leak acid when ever you talk so I don't know what your reason for being here is as it obviously can't be to become freinds or join what the forum has become. Yes the forum is here to discuss things but not in the constant negative and bitter way that you seem to have to do
