Other than picture threads activity on the forum has trickled down to almost zero. There will be a new before the scene and scene this weekend including two models I enjoy and I expect to comment, but no topic seems to get traction any more, be it porn, sex, politics, entertainment, sports or life in general. I still check the forum often but find that the cupboard is bare.

As always I agree with you. I don’t even check a lot anymore. I’ve mentioned it lots of times that having one scene a week and when most of the scenes aren’t great it leaves not much to talk about. Also with Mark saying to post on the actual scene page as apposed to here there is even less reason to post here. I still hope we get more scenes soon and something happens. Believe it or not I have found most of the College Boy Physicals scenes to me hotter then Broke Straight Boys lately. Fingers crossed. However we are half way though this year and if nothing has happened now I don’t see things getting better if they haven’t by now.

I definitely want you guys posting the message board as well that is for sure. It is great to discuss scenes so I know where we can improve. I kept saying I need comments on the scene pages so much because it makes the site look better and if I have to lookup a scene it really helps to have the comments there so I know what members liked or disliked with the scene. Also if we are thinking of having a model back we may lookup the model and rating but we are also going to read the comments on their bio and the scene pages. It is also good for search engines optimaization so there was many reasons I really want comments here but also on the pages of the scenes as well.

I thank you Mark for not only giving us this site, but to me even more importantly, giving us this forum. However there are not enough active participants around anymore to keep it interesting. I do try to think of topics to start conversations. I appreciate that Jay has tried with contests showing former models and asking for us to pick our favorites, but that too didn’t get any real traction.
The meat of the forum are the Broke Straight Boys models and scenes. Perhaps YoungandConfused is right that with just one scene a week, it limits the interesting conversations regarding the site. And I appreciate your more active participation here Mark too, but the “old gray mare, she ain’t what she used to be”. Hopefully the forum and the site will rebound. I sure hope so.

I did tweak the main members page so now it shows the forum in the top right of the page so it is definitely more visible so hopefully will bring in some new people.
There are plenty of things tom discuss on our Forum other than pics, perhaps those who complain need to put in more effort. I am just saying, it is in no way a complaint. I love the Forum or I would not be putting in the effort I do.

There was a flurry of activity on the forum for a few days this week, but it has dried up to a trickle again. I thank Mark for trying to suggest topics like favorite models, scenes and asking members why they joined Broke Straight Boys, as well as his behind the scenes pics of former models and the various houses that Broke Straight Boys has had, but there is very little discussion and conversation going on. It is like a ghost town here again. I try to talk about hot celebrities and discussions about movies, television and politics, and for discussion about what’s going on in our lives too.
Discussions about Broke Straight Boys scenes and models was the reason the forum was started and with one scene a week featuring mostly the same guys who mostly work for multiple gay sites takes away the focus of the original purpose of the forum as well. But I try to be optimistic. I encourage folks to talk about basically anything. When I am at home and even at work on my phone, I do check throughout the day, but mostly find only picture threads and there is nothing to talk about. But I am not giving up. Hope springs eternal.

I agree with you fully. Youn will notice I respond to most every post.
Recently I have taken to reading stories the variet of topics fill the range of every person's traste. I also know we have members who are skilled storty tellers. At one time I was an editor & that led to friendships , twocontinue to the present.

I‘m doing great, concerned about my Floridian friends including Tampa. Waiting for Leo to post more too. Pictures are nice but this forum was built on chatting. We definitely need more convos here. At least that’s how I see things.

We finally have a couple of Broke Straight Boys models who’ve posted on the forum but the forum remains very quiet. Very disappointing.
It's all in t your interpretation of quiet.
