Christ, get on the internet and find out about the blood. You could have broken a blood vessel by beginning to cum and having a reverse ejaculation, but that's not edging, which is basically jacking your dick till you start to feel the tingle, but quite short of the onset of orgasm. You could have cum inside the urethra and since you quelled the muscle spasms involved in orgasm, done some damage to the lining of the urethra through the buildup of semen that didn't shoot.
