And you do know that in a debate the Resolved statement is just the starting point for pro and con arguments and not a statement of fact? Nor is it necessarily the opinion of the moderator.
(My first introduction to formal debate was in fourth grade. The teacher has us line up pro and con on "George McGovern should be the next president" back in 1972.)

Just want to throw this out there. I'm betting that the real Tyler bears very little resemblance to the Tyler fantasy that has grown around him. I don't want to spoil the illusion, but seriously, the Tyler I read about in forum members writings seems to me to be more like their own personal fantasy guy. Nothing wrong with that. There is no way the real Tyler could possibly measure up to his forum image. I enjoy him. He's a gr8 cocksucker, has little gag reflex, is a better bottom than he is a top and gets into the video. As for him being 'gay for pay' I remember a video, a foursome, where he couldn't keep his eyes off Diesal's cock and finally David gave him permission to touch it. Can't say I blame him. I told him to post...but don't take the threads seriously, he does come on a checks out the posts and reads them so he is aware of all the attention he gets.

In addition, Tyler has been overexposed on this site but members still like Tyler...in all the years we have been filming Broke Straight Boys, Tyler has received more fan responses then any other model. It use to be Taz, but Tyler is our number one most popular model. Although some have posted they are tired of seeing Tyler (and we understand) there are many that don't post on this forum and there are many on this forum that *Love* Tyler and want to continue seeing more of him.

Tyler only works with our studio and you can say he has a life time exclusive to our studio only, he refuses to work for other studios...and believe me, he has been approached by many producers and has been offered $$$$ to appear on other sites. His loyalty to Broke Straight Boys goes a long way and that is another reason why I keep on placing Tyler on the site. Like many of the Broke Straight Boys models, they come and go, disappear, don't want to film anymore or they go onto other studios and film somewhere else...but in Tyler's case, he's learning a career within the adult industry, going to school and you will be seeing a lot more of him behind the camera and doing more administration duties, but he will do a few scenes here and there for Broke Straight Boys to satisfy his fans.

David, I guess you know by now two things about me. One is that I'm a troublemaker and the other is that I'm completely hung up on the boy who goes by the name of Tyler Evans It's always been part of my nature to be a little subversive, but the idea that by contributing to any kind of disagreeable polemic on the forum, it's been to any degree my fault that ole Ty doesn't post here, that is just killing me man.

That's killing me, but the idea that he might be hitting the futon only now and then is too. I don't think the Tyler fans are so loyal because of what they imagine about him (this is just to answer the doubters above) but rather what they can see with their own eyes. Months ago I initiated a thread asking what was so special about him, and it's all about concrete moments, some lasting a nanosecond, that you've filmed, nothing to do with fantasy, nothing to do with wishful thinking.

The guy has this intense, charismatic presence even just sitting mute on the sofa, that is completely natural to him, unselfconscious and authentic. I posted yesterday somewhere that this video from nearly a year ago with Dustin and CJ, made me remember the breathtaking visual impact Tyler has on me. It's to do with the way he moves, the positions his skeleton allows his body to fall into, the structure of his skull and jaw, his facial reactions to what's going on around him, the lightning responses he has to now-or-never unscripted absurdities, his hand when he moves it over another guy's body, or his eyelashes when he looks down.

I was gonna private you, before I saw these posts, to suggest that you ask him if he'd like you to be his agent, and get him a screen test with a production company doing conventional feature length movies. He is so much more interesting than the current crop of actors his age. Whether he could hack the actual acting would be another thing, but his presence onscreen, filmed much the way you do, would be awesome even just being himself, no acting.

If not, please get him out from behind the camera soon. Thanks for your post, even though it got me personally really down.

I think that David explained the "Tyler phenomenon" here on Broke Straight Boys perfectly. There were many rock and roll groups, but only one Beatles. I believe that Tyler is a very unique character, and I am glad to read that he will be a part of Broke Straight Boys in many different ways, in the future. He is a keeper, and my all time favorite model as well.

GreatLakes, I apologize for my blunt answer to your post this morning. I was grumpy when I woke up.

As you can see from our fellow posters, Tyler is a fave of a lot of us. David stated why Tyler doesn't post very often. I can't blame him.

Maybe your thread should have been "Broke Straight Boys" is overrated. Nah! Nothing good could come from that either!

Wasn't it was the forumite who invented the idea of the auctions in the first place, and who suggested that the straighties autograph and circle in felt tip their own DNA stains on the pink sheet? Can't remember now, but I think that's who it was. The man of the day however isn't him, isn't you Dave, nor even the hotties on the couch. It's Markymark.

This isn't the first present Marky's given after winning an auction. He did the same for Jayman as top bidder on another auction, remember? Marky's a totally awesome guy, and everything new we learn about him continues to confirm how authentically beatific he is. Some of us have concrete, physical proof of his kindness and generosity.
