I like the fact that Xavier made it only because, he is an excellent performer. Gay, straight, Bi, trans, what ever he is. There are a lot of guys who don't come to the forum because they think by saying they enjoy the sex, they may not be in the majority, I was one of those people. I know you guys see, the comment sections under the scenes. I enjoy some of the straight guys as well as some of the bi guys as well as the gay guys.

I agree with you both, no problem here. Truth be known Mike, the forum gives me a chance to communicate my thoughts. The dick o-meter you should get into production, many would line up to buy one. The constantly evolving top 10 that I periodically report on in this thread are not my top ten, but the numbers from the voters who watch the models and their scenes, and as a sports fan and a music fan, I always love when one of my teams or songs reaches the top status and I like to gloat when the Yankees are in first place or Duke is ranked #1 in the NCAA polls and likewise when Jake is #1 in the viewer rankings. To me that is a big part of being a fan, thus the chants of "We're #1"! The word fan derives from fanatic, and that is what passionate fans are in all genres.
However, I respectfully disagree with your methodology when you said, "if I don't enjoy the model or scene, I choose not to vote". My belief is and always has been that if management gives us a forum to express our thoughts, and gives us a mechanism to vote both for individual models as well as scenes, then much like our political system, it is our responsibility as "citizens" to vote. If we either do or do not like a model, that is the way we can express our thoughts and perhaps influence management of who to bring back or at least the type of guy we would like to see on Broke Straight Boys
A model I really enjoyed was Danny Cruz, who only did three partnered scenes at the beginning of this year. I really liked him a lot, as I found him cute, I liked his openness in being one of the only models to actually "talk" to us on the forum, and that he explained that he was a straight guy in his personal life and even detailed his two or three gay experiences prior to coming to Broke Straight Boys And in answering our questions, he said he would be willing to try bottoming if invited back to the site. However when a few of us requested a return appearance, Sha answered that his ratings were not high enough, so that proved to me that voting is important, be it a high number that I gave him or a low number that apparently the majority of members gave him, but either way, I do believe it is important to "voice our choice" and to "get out and vote". lol
Finally Pete, I completely understand and empathize with you, when you said, "I hate my Rays are in the American East, if not they would make the playoffs more often." I admire the Rays organization for putting together a very representative team every year with one of the lowest budgets in baseball, and yes if they did not have to compete with the Yanks & Red Sox in the A.L. East they would indeed be in the playoffs more often.

To be honest my purpose of this post today is two-fold, one to check the numbers over the years and two to show that Jake with his current 4.77 is the highest rated model since I started this thread back on 12/10/16.
I know I am obsessive but I am semi retired and only work two days a week, so I am doing a hobby I enjoy and that is following Broke Straight Boys & my current Broke Straight Boys obsession Jake! lol

I don't think so gentry. I think that it is the same reason that our newest Broke Straight Boys Casey Owens has been received so well, (even though he does not yet have a profile page, so he cannot be voted on yet in individual model ratings). And also Jake Spencer is rated so highly. Porn is different from other jobs where fair hiring practices apply and where hard work is rewarded. In porn, it is the God given pure physical attributes that are the biggest factors toward success, and both Adam and Johnny had that "It" factor that attracts audiences of gay porn performers. They were very special and in my opinion that is why they are perennial favorite in the member rankings.
