Are they acting??

David, your posts like the one you made today, are far and away the best posts on this forum. You are the star of Broke Straight Boys or at least the co-star in each episode. You are the one interacting and directing the guys. As a huge fan of the site, to read your descriptions of what really goes on with you and the guys, enhances my experience viewing the episodes. I believe that you may have the "greatest job in the world", but you are so very qualified, as you know exactly how to talk to these guys to get them to preform to their maximum potential.

Please keep telling posting here, and telling us the "inside" stuff going on with the guys and the shoots. That too makes this site so wonderful. Thank you.

Mike

Thank you Mike. I feel the same way.

David,

What makes this site so special is the "human" element you bring to it. Some of the other sites are blunt, do this or do that. Your more relaxed and calming to the models. Sure I expect that before you start filming you have a good idea of what you want to ask and for the most part an idea of how the model(s) will respond. What is really exciting is when the models say or do something you were not expecting. For example, Episode #1 Alex and Chris I am sure that was not what you expected. Same for Taz's second visit (the trip to find Sean), or the Pizza boy segments or Ricky and William. It would have been nice to have a camera on you to see some of your reactions. I doubt you could have scripted those even if you wanted to.

Just keep on doing what your doing, providing a fun time for us and your models.

Live Long and Prosper,

Vicekid

David you are a verry cool dude thanks for everything you do

David:
You know I love the site and especially the way you do your thing! A lucky guy you are, and I DO know it really is hard work too! I don't know how I missed the Jacob & Dakota Home Depot boys video. I just watched it! DAMN is that Jacob cute! Amazing personality. I really wish we could have seen more of him! I loved this shoot. And not to be a killjoy or something,.... sure they really are good friends. But after Jacob wanked his boss Dakota off and got a great load out of him, I couldn't help but notice Jacob holding Dakota's leg in a very sensual way for quite a while. As well as having his leg over Dakota's as he was jacking off and shooting his load. Not sure it was their first time, but it was clear they had something for each other and I think that was VERY cool. I hope they played around more with each other. I know the answer is probably no, but is there any chance of getting Jacob back again??
Thanks much!

Don't know about Jacob but Dakota has been around and around and around. Seen him bottom on a few sites. I can't think of one at the moment, he doesn't do very much for me so I didn't note it.

Your correct but at a certain point. Many of the stories you see are recreated from the actual momemt or experience.

For instant, when I met Tyler...it was at the car show...I didn't have my camera at the time...but I did speak to him and he was hanging out at the car show. When I told him that I was a producer and did adult porn..I didn't tell him that we did "gay" porn. I gave him my business card and told him if he's interested. I did ask his age because I thought he was around 14-15 years old...but when he spoke, we was very mature for his age...when I asked him his age...he told me 18 so I knew at that moment he was of legal age and then I proceeded to give him a business card. I told him how much money he can make...and he called me within the next few days. I then explained to him on the phone we are gay owned and operated...he was a bit hesitant about filming with other guys...but I told him we go slow and that we are very down to earth and we will respect his feelings and him as a person. He came to the studio for an interview...he realized we were not freaks and our office was very professional and he decided to do it. I figured it was great to film at the car show and do the set up at the car show where I originally met Tyler and worked it into the story drawing from the real meeting.

In most cases, the storylines are true but for "TV/WEB" we just re-create the scenerio based on true life meetings and experiences. Dakota and Jacob did work at home depot together, but they actually got fired the week before filming. I try to keep the base story real but at times I do "jazz" it up a bit to make it more interesting and entertaining. If a model comes in and states they need the money for gas, pay for car, rent, girlfriend and especially if they say they need it for school...those stories are true.

I hope that cleared some doubts in your minds.

David I should have you come and be my second director. My script has been chosen to be funded and shot. I got so much prep work to do but I am so happy it doesn't even seem like work. This must be my lucky week. My script getting approved and TWO Dustin videos. Gr8 seeing the pre-diva Dustin with CJ and Tyler. Thanks for that. I love Dustin. I love Broke Straight Boys I love living. Thanks for your part in making this a gr8 week.

That is just fucking tremendous elyot! Congratulations on getting chosen and subsidized. Such an enormous stimulus to a creative kid, to have outsiders not only like your stuff, but ante up to make it happen. Hope you have a lot more weeks like this last one mister.

We all would really like to see a synopsis of the script. Come on.

Now about that humongous wanktool...

Thanks. They're not 'outsiders' I'm in the Film Department. Not all the scripts turned in get to be produced. So I am feeling really gr8.

OK, but in a way that's what I meant. They decided to make your movie, you didn't have to make it without being picked.

What's it about?

Its Expressionistic. Basically the effects both physical and emotional that result from people not being allowed to be who they are because of religion (mostly). It is not a 'serious drama' but more a comedy. A really hot guy is being forced into being str8. Everytime he gets a homosexual urge he eats something and finally tips the scales at 400lbs. He is on the verge of finding a cure for cancer, but because of his size and weight can't leave his house and eventually his bed so he can't finish his research. The big drug company loses a lot of money and cancer patiets are left without hope or a cure. I'm hoping that at some point the audience will wonder why they are laughing when it becomes apparent the damage caused. Its only about eighteen minutes long, but I got a Prof who thinks it could be expanded. One bridge at a time, my Mom says, so that is what I am crossing right now.

If you think its corny and stupid, please let me know. I can take it.

It doesn't sound corny or stupid at all.

Not corny certainly, and anything but stupid. Technically challenging to morph an actor realistically from Fittie to Fattie in that time and keep the stacked storyline coherent and fluid, but easy-peasy if you let it be metaphorical. I was actually visualizing a 30's b/w esthetic, sort of 21st century early Buñuel, but with digi-coloration leitmotivs to keep the threads separate (the little girl in red in Schindler), and Georg Groz faces around the boardroom table at the pharmaceutical house. Obviously that's way too literal, but you did mention one of my best things, Expressionism. How about YouTubing it when it's finished so we can all see it.

Hey, would you like to bring (send) it to Europe for some of the competitions?

Elyot that is a an awesome project. Wow, there is a lot of multifaceted drama going on there too. Good luck with the project... :001_smile:

you're not gonna be like Reggie, the cute guy in 1st grade, who told me that if I showed him mine he'd show me his, and then went shy on me once I got it out?

Would depend on how impressed I am. What is humongous to some may not be to everybody.

Thanks Baal, Jayman and Slim. I got to admit I really like it. You are right Slim it has a lot of challenges. Right now the big question is if the transition is going to be done with fat suits, etc. (really expensive) or going to be computer generated. (time consuming and expensive). Leaning toward the computer generated, which was my first thought. Slim you have come really close to what I an visioning. I especially want to do something with the religious zealot who is the CEO of the drug company. Thinking of having him almost angel-like appearing like a good guy. I should stop. This isn't what this site is about and Remi says I should really not be putting all this out there. My biggest challenge right now is to quit binging on fucking and sucking and actually do some work on this project. I keep telling myself I'm just celebrating and we won't be shooting until the Fall semester, but that is reminisent of the Tortoise and the Hare story to me somehow. Tomorrow morning I start thinking with my big head, but tonight my little head is in charge. Thanks again guys.
