10 random facts about you.

Same here. That's partly why I commented: to get your attention :)

Thank you, slimvintage. You always have my full attention, sir. I'm not online 24 hours a day, but I do check this thread at least six times per day, and will always respond to any post directed to me. The pleasure is all mine to become a member of this forum.

I have to leave in a couple of hours for a doctor's appointment and may not be back for several hours, but I will reply to everyone when I return.

Again, it is my pleasure to meet you, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon.

I couldn’t sleep tonight, so per your request Ms. K, here are 10 random things about me:

1). I am a second generation native Floridian. I was born and raised in Central Florida, as was my Mother. I have never lived permanently anywhere but Florida. My ancestry is Dutch/German (Dad’s side) and Scottish/English (Mom’s side), but if you saw me, you would say I am all American. My family (my Mother’s side) was extremely wealthy until my Grandfather lost all of his money in the bank crash of 1929. He had to sell off all of his non-essential real estate holdings to keep his family going. From that time forward, my family has been the typical hardworking middle class American family.

2). I am the fourth of five children and was raised in an almost “Norman Rockwell painting” sort of environment. I have a brother and three sisters, (but if you ask my smart-assed brother, he will say he has four sisters). When we depart from each other, whether in person or on the phone, the last thing we say is, “I love you”. It is said every time without fail and we mean it!

3). I have lived with a straight woman for about 28 years. At times, there have been more than just the two of us, but now it’s just us and we love it this way. We know each others hot buttons and avoid them. We have built two homes together. I trust her more than almost anyone else in my life, outside of my biological family. We live together, but have completely separate lives. We both travel quite a bit. Her career travel takes her out of our home 50 – 60% of the year, on average. I love my time at home alone and I am never lonely.

4). My occupation is creative and it’s one of my passions. Primarily, I transform empty spaces into 3-dimensional, immersive, themed environments. I am one of the very best at what I do, I make a really good living doing it and I am very proud of my work!

5). I am 100% gay, but I love women! I always have and I always will! I have had strong female figures that have helped to guide me all my life, both personally and professionally. I experimented sexually with women in my late teens, but always felt that something was missing. Then I found out what it was. I have never looked back!

6). Physically, my favorite type of man is smooth, dark and Latin. I find dark features on a man absolutely beautiful. I like masculine men with some meat on their bones and am not the least bit interested (sexually) in thin, effeminate men. Although there is nothing like a good natured, gossipy queen to make me laugh! I love passionate kissing. It is one of my favorite things in the world. I also really like lying in bed and talking, especially on rainy mornings. I have experimented with light B&D and like it… quite a lot. I also like wrestling and have a serious fetish about doctors. I can only assume the doctor fetish stems from an experience I had in a doctor’s office when I was 16 y/o. Details aside, it actually played out just like many of the scenes on College Boy Physicals. If I described it in detail, I guarantee it would be a College Boy Physicals scene. It’s still one of my fondest sexual memories to this day.

7). I threw away and turned my back on my first, and really only, one true love 30 years ago. Drugs will do that to you. I will regret that decision for the rest of my life! I am horrible at committed relationships. I get bored easily, and get into trouble, so to be fair to all, I just don’t do it anymore. A few years ago I accidentally fell in love with a young man half my age. Not being ‘boyfriends’ and doing who and what we wanted to was supposed to set us up for success and a lifelong friendship. That, most assuredly, is not what happened! It lasted about a year and I haven’t seen or talked to him in two and a half years. His Mother, (same age as me), still contacts me occasionally and holds out the last great hope that one day I will come back into his life, sweep him off his feet and we will live happily ever after. *(Ironically, and I am not making this up, he called me tonight, while I was writing this. He called to offer his condolences for the loss of my Mother. He said he felt he had to put everything between us aside and let me know that he cared about me, was sorry for my loss and wanted to know if I needed anything, he would always be a phone call away. We talked for a half hour. He’s going to be in this area next week and we are going to try and get together. God help me. I may need some serious Broke Straight Boys forum therapy after this Ms.K).

8). I love country music, (actually, most all music), football, (college, pro and arena, in that order), cooking, cars, boating, camping and travel. I feel the most at peace when I am by or on the water. My favorite places on earth are all on islands. My top 2 are Frenchman’s Cove outside Port Antonio, Jamaica, and Anini Beach, on the North shore of Kauai, Hawaii, near Princeville. (It used to be named Wanini Beach, but the ‘W’ fell off the sign, so they changed the name of the beach. What’s not to love about that mind set)? I love both islands, (or island and archipelago, respectfully), and their people. Oh, and I love porn, and feel it is as noble a profession as any other, perhaps more so. As an adult performer you put yourself into a very vulnerable situation to be judged by others and quite honestly, too many people are opinionated assholes. You will never hear a negative opinion about a performer from me on this forum, only positive thoughts, posts and vibes. If I don’t like someone or something, I just avoid them/it. There are already enough douche bags on this rock and I refuse to join their rank and file.

9). One of my very best friends is a married straight man. If he were gay, he would likely be the love of my life. He knows this and is flattered. I would give my life for him. Over the years, I have enjoyed, and taken advantage of having sex with straight men, when ever the situation presented itself, (drunkenness, curiosity, just got out of boot camp and couldn’t wait another minute, etc.). I have been fortunate that this has happened quite a lot in my life, cuz I love me some straight boys. However, I would never take advantage of this man, regardless of the opportunity. I value his love and friendship too much to ever risk losing it. I told him this… He thanked me!

10). I am liberal in my thinking and politics, but I am registered as an independent, because I truly think that dividing our country between two primary parties has completely destroyed our government. The optimist in me hopes that one day this will get better. The realist in me knows that our two party political structure was not designed properly to stand the test of time. It simply cannot adapt to today’s standard of business in the District of Columbia. While I truly believe there are some good and just politicians, the vast majority will simply be obstinate to anything outside of party lines. This is no way to represent your country and I find it appalling. In my lifetime, I truly believe that Bill Clinton was a great economist and statesman, and one of the best Presidents of our time. Conversely, I feel that George W. Bush is a bigoted, good ol boy who can’t speak proper English, and should never have been allowed to become President. I also feel that he is largely responsible for much of what we are still trying to clean up today. I do, however, thank him for making such a big deal about same sex marriage. Had he not done so, individual states would probably not have been so determined to allow and embrace it for their residents. It’s not something I would want to do personally, but I would like the same opportunity as anyone else, should I change my mind. So if anyone runs into former President Duh, please express to him my sincere appreciation!

11). Mick rocks!

So there you go folks. There’s my Random Top 10 + 1, (who didn't see that last one coming?) as requested, and a pretty fair snapshot of who I am. Not unlike the onion, there are many more layers to me than this. But this gives you a pretty good glimpse into the Magic that is Me! There’s a lot of ammo up there, so start firing and bring your best!

Happy Friday!

Wow!!!!!! I just learned so much about you Brady. I love it.

We do have some things in common, like listening to all different music and cooking, but mostly it is your number 10. I agree completely, except that I really do think like an independent .

I don't know who would have guessed that the founding member of the Mickonians, actually loves Mick.:001_rolleyes: If only Mick would get on the forum and write songs for us............

Welcome to the forum Brady, I look forward to getting to know you even better, and having tons of fun, with your great sense of humor.

Great and enclusive 10 random facts.

Dear BradyD1,

I have the well-deserved reputation for writing 1000+ word posts and from one 1000+ word poster to another, I take great personal delight in "Welcoming you aboard the Forum". It is not as if this is some violation but admittedly luxuriously or at least generously worded postings are few and far between. Obviously, you are a person who likes and pays attention to detail(s). It is the same way for me and it is always rooted in my desire to be as unambiguous as possible when writing. I may not always succeed but no one can accuse me of not trying to be clear.

I pray your mother's memorial service today has gone well and it indeed has been the joyful celebration of her life you anticipated. I am looking forward to be hearing from you in the near future.

BTW, I am sorry I got your name in an earlier post confused with another forumite. To err is HUMAN and I have plenty of that to go around.

I really appreciated your 11 random facts.

Sincerely,

Stimpy

Thanks Baby! It was really theraputic to do. I have never written my own bio, to speak of. It was very cleansing for some reason, so thank you. (You may have to start charging me for this therapy)! With regards to 2nd half of #7, I may need some serious ear to bend if I really meet up with him next week. Most people in my life will not like hearing that he has reached out to me and I am considering meeting with him. I will have to be extremely careful. He knows exactly how to push my buttons and all I have to do is see him and he makes me kinda melt. More about him and all this later Dr. K!
And if you get to know any more about me, we'll be swapping wedding vows... J/K, but that was a lot about me. How about some more about you? If you don't do that, I totally understand. Or if you would rather inbox me, that's cool too. I truly just thank for being there and for being you!

Time to head out to begin family duties, honors, and celebrations of her life... (Begin strength prayers now).
Much ♥!

Your turn :)

Guys, years ago before we knew all that much about Scorpio I casually asked him in a post to tell us a bit more about himself. And in his typically creative and interactive way this is how he did it.

The thread has got really long and sometimes goes off topic, but it's a great way to introduce yourself. Some really iconic Broke Straight Boys have done it. Your turn :)

Here it goes!!!

1. I am 64 years old, married to a wonderful woman for 38 years this December.
2. We adopted two children because two years after we got married, my wife's OBGYN found cancer cells in her uterus, so she had to have a hysterectomy.
3. My daughter is a teacher, just like her parents, married, and gave us the gift that keeps on giving, the most precious grandson ever. I actually retired from teaching four years ago, and my wife quit her teaching job as well, to move to Austin to take care of our grandson. Talk about spoiled!!
4. My son graduated with a degree in Business and, at 28 years old, is the youngest Regional Manager of a Social Services Company that contracts with the state to assist Medicare and Medicaid Recipients find appropriate Health Services. I'm really proud of him! He paid for his schooling by working with this company.
5. I am English and Irish on my Father's side and Hispanic on my Mother's.
6. I was raised by a single Mom after my drunk of a Father left us and moved on to the next bottle of booze. We never heard from him again, until 45 years later when I found my Mom crying over a letter from the Social Security telling her he had past away and that she was entitled to some of his SS benefits.
7. My first sexual encounter was when I was 13. A footbal player, two years older than me, struck up a conversation with me and asked if he could walk me home. When we got home, no one was there, so we went into my room. He took off my clothes and he took off his. As soon as I saw his chiseled body, his green, cat-like eyes and his warm smile, I got a stiffy that scared me because I didn't know how it had happened. He had one too, and soon, there on my bed, on top of my Superman comforter, he taught me how two horny teenagers get rid of a stiffy!
8. All my sexual encounters were mostly with men in High School and in College, although I did experiment with women in my senior year in HS and in college. After I got my Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary education, I started dating my future wife and a year later we were married.
9. Being a Gemini, my gay side needed nurturing, so I bought an iPad to use late at night and joined Broke Straight Boys this past May.
10. I suffer from Diabetes, symptoms of Parkinson's(I have essential tremors in my hands), and I had a quadruple bypass in 2002.

thank you for post this to 10 random facts about you.
my first real sexual encounter (the first almost encounter was a non event) was with a football player two years old than me.
some guys were picking on me and this jock became my hero. most of the time my quick wit kept me out of trouble, but not this time. off we went to his house. i think we rode on a white horse or maybe it was a white mustang.
in the shower he said, what he could do with a piece of meat like mine. i thought it was just an expression. for the rest of the weekend, he showed me what he meant.
my hero, my sextoy.
then there is my baby's mama!
life has not been boring!
i wish you health and write me sometimes!

What about Superman?

Dear Tequila69,

I loved getting to know a little more about you as we are almost the same age. With your Superman comforter just below you, opening up "your business" for a trial run, so to speak, letting these prophetic words soak in your mind...

http://youtu.be/KAROcbv4gco

one wonders about the final fate of Superman's abused comforter. Was the "sanctity" of his comforter preserved:sexinbed: or was it adultrated:cumshot:, left with a thick coating of the introductory results of your interaction? You don't have to answer as the probable answer is, metaphorically speaking, "so much spilt milk"!

How I miss George Reeves today, when we need him the most!:crying: I will pray for your comforter's sake.

Nice to get to know you!

Sincerely,

Stimpy

Thanks for introducing yourself Coach. I like how you got back to basics with your ten facts, no trimming, just the facts.

I am intrigued by several of your points, like numbers 1, 5, 6, 8 and 10.

I hope that I get to learn more about you, and that you become a regular poster on this forum. It is always interesting to get the perspective of someone new here.

Welcome!

1. I have type 2B Albinism, commonly referred to as Yellow Albinism. I had white hair as a child and it's slowly turned to more of a yellowish platinum blonde. My eyes are blue, not red (a common misconception about albinism. Most have blue eyes).
2. I was diagnosed with Tourettes Syndrome when I was in third grade. I also have ADD. TS, ADD, ADHD, and OCD all have a tendency to appear together in various groupings because they all have the same area of the brain in common.
3. I'm mostly English and German, but there's also a little Irish, Scottish, Polish, Swedish, and Choctaw mixed in there somewhere.
4. I was a dancer for 10 years. I studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Tumbling (a mix of dance and gymnastics) until I got to voluptuous for the costumes.
5. I was in Colorguard with my high school's marching band. Captain my senior year when we won the state championship for Field Band competition.
6. I was a girl scout for 11 years, earning both my silver and gold award. The gold award is the girl scout equivalent of the eagle scout award.
7. I was raised Evangelical Luthercan Church of America, but converted to Paganism about 8 years ago. I consider myself an eclectic pagan. I don't really like to get into discussions about religion or politics though. I'm not good at debating and I don't feel I need to defend my beliefs to anyone else. Of course I also don't feel the need to attack anyone else's beliefs either.
8. I love white chocolate!
9. I'm a Grobanite. I'm obsessed with the singer Josh Groban, and have his initials tattooed on my back. I've never met him, but I've gone clubbing with his band and I'm considerably famous amongst the fans because I was the first person ever to get a josh groban tattoo.
10. Although I don't consider myself a psychic because a true psychic can channel their talents to certain extents, I do have psychic moments. I also have a habit of attracting other types of paranormal activity and entities. I really don't know why. I just accept it for what it is, and try not to mention any of it to my more conservative relatives.

Wow Brie, that is an amazing look at your life. We have a lot in common, but mostly from the other things you told us on you welcome thread.

I am also blond and blue......wish I was tallish, but not even close.:001_rolleyes: We probably have a lot of books and authors in common, we'll have to compare. I am clear across the U.S., but I have visited upstate New York. No Color Guard for me, I was the newspaper editor.

And that #4.......Don't give up something you love, just make bigger costumes.

I'm amazed Brie that you are as agile as you are with Tourette's. I have some personal experience being around a couple people with the condition. I've even lived in a tiny dorm room with a roommate who had the more severe ticks. Barking, howling, grunting, cursing, "echo", beating of the chest, leaping off the ground...the whole nine yards. (Bless his heart) Your ticks must be of the more mild variety for you to be as athletic as you have been and are.

It sounds like your roommate had a very severe version of TS. Mine was at its worst when I was in grade school. I did everything from squinting my eyes and wiggling my nose to coughing and clearing my throat. I also would repeat sounds or words I heard without even realizing it. My ticks have changed throughout the years, which is common with the more mild cases. These days I crack my neck and roll my shoulders for the most part. Most people assume I have a stiff neck or something. Only the people who around me a lot notice that I do it all the time. Stress makes it worse too, so I try to stay as stress-free as possible. I also meditate a lot. I started that when I was a kid and it helped almost immediately.
