Who actually does the casting? Is there a standard? If a guy is hired to model he should have the qualifications. Its a job like any other job. Youdon't hire a person who can't drive to drive a taxi, even if he is homeless. You direct him to a place where he can get what he needs. Needing money or a job isn't a qualification to model.
