I really like Kate Smith. I can remember listening to her on the radio and then tv. That broad had some set of pipes. Here's a carol which exemplifies her vocal range. I think I was drawn to her because my Mother's oldest Sister, my Aunt Mabel, my favorite, looked so much like Kate.
