Ten things...Here goes...this has been tough!

1. I earned every dollar I have, but did not always collect every dollar I earned.
2. Money is easy...Life is hard!
3. 99% of the time, someone who says they are versatile are bottoms.
4. I have had the perfect woman for me and the perfect man in my life...who could ask for anything more.
5. I am probably the oldest member on this site...living every moment of my life like it was my last since I was 15.
6. "You know you did not invent it" is my favorite quote when people attempt to brag about sex.
7. I believe Tony Hampton is the most under rated, sexiest gay porn actor in the history of the gay porn industry.
8. I don't think there is a whore hole in the New York metro area I was not a regular at from 1965 - 1980.
9. Honesty is not the best policy...it is the ONLY policy.
10. There IS something more inconverient that an old queen with a headcold (from Victor v
Victoria)...It is an old queen being compelled to take an amyl nitrate derivative and having a full length mirror (LMAO)...Thank You Broke Straight Boys for stirring ancient memories.

Thanks for the post. Many of us were whores in our younger days. It’s what younger days are for in my book. Anyway you may not be the oldest one here. Studddandy and a few others say they are pretty far up there and if they are still going like Studddandy I want sone of what ever they are doing!

Sorry. I've been on a lecture tour through various ag schools. I still write and lecture a lot. I've got to maintain my spot as an authority in my field. LOL But I'm back. I'll get into place and start posting again. Just getting unwound.

I thought it might be worth giving this thread a "bump", so that newer members might have the opportunity to introduce themselves to the forum a bit. I find it interesting to learn a bit about the forumites. This is the oldest semi active thread on the forum and is worth keeping it alive, in my opinion.

Thanks Mikey for the info on this thread. I’ve been a member of Broke Straight Boys for over a year, but I’ve only started posting in the forum for about 7 months. So, here are some random facts about me...

1. I am a professional musician (singer), and have been singing for nearly 40 years.
2. I am a Scorpio turning 50 in November.
3. I am a world traveler, and it would be easier to tell you where I haven’t been than where I’ve actually been.
4. I am a HUGE dog lover and father to a longhaired miniature dachshund named, Dexter. He’s also a champion show dog, and I hoping to show him to his grand championship in the future.
5. I am 22 months sober. My addiction was alcohol, and it is literally a miracle that I am alive today.
6. I’ve only ever purchased 3 cars since I’ve been able to drive. (34 years). And they’ve all been manual (stick). My current car is 16 years old and has 130,000 miles. Basically, I believe a car’s only purpose is to get you from one place to another. Not fussed.
7. I’m originally from Georgia, a primarily Republican state, but I’ve always been a Democrat. I don’t discuss politics with my family, at all.
8. I’ve been in 5 relationships and dumped every time. LOL. Granted 4/5 of those were guys a lot younger, which I believe is a recipe for heart ache and disaster. All of this said, I have remained good friends with all of my exes.
9. I am a runner. I run 7-12 miles a day, 6 days a week. Heart disease runs in my family, so I try to stay up on my cardio.
10. I am open to most types of people. I’m not a “no old, no fat, no fem, no Asian, no black” person AT ALL! I find beauty in everyone, or try to. Just be a kind human being.

That’s a great idea about the part Jaybifla. Thanks for answering the questions. It’s really nice to know a bit about each other. If you go back on that thread you will find many of us. I’m into show dogs as well. I’ll have to pm you. We could have run into each other. The long haired Dachshund was robbed for BIS at Westminster. He was something else.

As Mikeyank said, welcome to the forum and keep posting we are really glad to have new forumites all the time. It’s a much smaller group than it used to be. I’m a bit late to the game myself but we are glad you are here with us.

I am really glad you "took the plunge" Jay. I love reading your perspective in your posts and I will enjoy reading you even more knowing more about who you are as a person. Thanks so much for your contribution to this thread.

I don't know if the site will ever host a party, but some of us have met in "real life". Rep & his partner met Peterh in Seattle, Bart visited Rep in Texas and myself in New York. And I've also met Peter, the late Richard, (better known as Betu on the forum). And I've also met Tampa and Pete from St Pete when visiting Florida on separate occassions. And in the past I know that several forumites traveled to the old Broke Straight Boys Pride events and met one another at various events around the country.

As far as meeting the models, the Pride events were great for that. The one time they came to NYC Pride, I met Sha, Blake Bennett, Jason Matthews, Denver Grand and Cole Gartner from College Dudes By the way, if you look at the Behind The Scenes section on the site, you will see many of the events where the models met the fans, including me.
