22yo Elliot Rodger - born in Britain, goes on a 10 min rampage and shoots 6 people dead

At last count there were 6 dead plus Elliott in addition to 13 injured. That has been all over the news this morning. Here is a report of how the events unfolded throughout the night.

His parents alerted his weird psycho personality to the authorities but they did nothing. This is not the first time that such a warning has gone unheeded. WTF is happening over there ?

The reports are that he released the video as he set out and started shooting. His parents did alert authorities and they were searching for him. They had an id of his car and the location where he supposedly was but it was not quick enough. He apparently raced around the area shooting in about 9 different locations. The entire episode happened in a relatively short span of time.
