Request to BSB tech support to fix error on forums

For the past two days the "posting box" on each forum only has a box to write basic text, but the top bar where we can insert images or videos or change the size or font of our text is missing, and we cannot attach smilies either. Hopefully with Tuesday being a regular work day after the Labor Day weekend, Chuck or someone in tech support can correct this glitch. Thanks in advance.

Damn my support is faster than I even expect especially on a holiday.
