Jimmy and Anthony

OK, let's see here! First, you say you've been doing some acting for a TV show and that acting is easier than getting your dick hard to fuck a guy. I've seen all your scenes and I don't see you have any difficulty getting hard, in fact, in all your scenes you get hard sooner than the guy(s) in the scene with you. How are you able to do that? Have you ever asked Rob how he gets a boner in College Dudes before he drops his pants? According to Rob, he is straight!

Second, you stated that Broke Straight Boys is not a "gay for pay" site, but an "I'm a Broke Straight Boys" site, a site where a straight boy is getting paid to have gay sex with another guy! Do you actually believe that getting your dick sucked, or fucking another man are not gay acts because you are being aggressive? How does this not fuck up your mind set, but sucking another guy and getting fucked does? Do you think that a REAL straight guy, as you say you are, likes to have his dick sucked by a man, or likes to fuck another man? I'm 64 years old and I have come across many a straight guy who would not let me suck his dick or fuck me, even if I paid him.

You are kidding yourself, Jimmy, if you think you are a REAL straight boy! A REAL straight man would never fuck another man, or let a man suck his dick, no matter how much money is thrown at him! You said that you wished you were Bi, well, my friend, that's exactly what you are -- a bisexual man who thinks he's straight!
Tequila....You have undoubtedly over stepped the mark on this one. I am going to jump to the defence of Jimmy on this. What right do you have to tell Jimmy what or who he is? Perhaps you are the one who needs to be summised. As a 64yo gay man, are you going to tell me that you were forever comfortable in your skin as a gay man? Are you going to tell me that you grew up without confusion as to your sexuality? Are you going to tell me that you never suffered as a result of your sexuality and that you have never felt the spite which inevitably is directed at a gay man in certain social circles throughout your life?

I am a BI MAN. Do you not accept that either? Is your truth the only truth, because it is what you have experienced? For me, it seems like the writings of a man who has led a tortured life himself. It seems you have spent your entire life defending your own self and you have become so wrapped up in your own coccoon that you fail to have any sympathy for the life experiences of others.

To me, Jimmy gave you refreshingly honest answers to what I deemed to be particularly sarcastic questions. You then retort with sarcastic comments a 64yo man should long have grown out of, and proceed to attempt to make him look the fool. Well, Tequila, you have truly failed in your quest, because for mine, Jimmy can hold his head up high in the debate YOU created and has made you look the fool.

As for Jimmy, I wish you and your family all the best and ask that you continue to live your life on and off screen in the way that makes you most comfortable. Having watched your scenes, I thoroughly believe everything you have said to us. The fact that people like Tequila can't accept that, is a blight on their soul, as it seems to me to be a reverse form of gay hate. A gay that simply can't accept a straight man in this format. Well......find another site with gay on gay action Tequila, and you will no longer have to worry about questioning people like Jimmy who perform on here so you can get your rocks off. (Not His.....)

I look forward to your normal sarcastic reply as you try and defend your coccoon and all it stands for.

Corey ;)

Corey, while I basically agree with you about Jimmy, and his right to consider himself straight, while performing on a gay website, I also feel that you are being way too harsh towards Tequila69, for the comments that you quoted. Everything must be taken in context, and the quote is from the middle of a back and forth debate between Jimmy and him. It is also a quote that Tequila made on October 1, which was a "lifetime ago" in Broke Straight Boys forum land. I believe that his stance now is to pretty much ignore the Jimmy scenes and the Jimmy posts, and to have fun on the forum with we his friends here.

I could name a half dozen or more members, who still take shots at Jimmy all of the time, who may be more deserving of your criticism. When I read the forum and I see certain screen names come up, I know that there will be a negative Jimmy reference, even if the thread is about a totally different model.

I have been a fan of Jimmy's from his initial scene here last April, and I now try very hard to refrain from discussing him or his scenes anymore, as he is such a hot button topic here. I'm still somewhat puzzled by the strong negative, over reaction to Jimmy by a segment of the forumites, but I have my own theories as to why some members show a "reverse form of gay hate. A gay that simply can't accept a straight man in this format", as you say Corey.

But to single Tequila69 out for something he said in the heat of a debate from three weeks ago, is unfair. I like chocolate and have some very dear friends who like vanilla, but I still like them. The main thing is that we are all fans of this site, and it is fun to meet, learn to know, and interact with people from all over the world, of different genders, nationalities, ages, sexuality, educational levels, professions, etc. Our enjoyment of the porn has brought us to the forum, but the human experience of sharing and friendship is the most important part of the forum, to me.

Hello Mikeyank

I had indeed read all the back & forth between Jimmy and Tequila. It is for that reason that I posted what I did. I am not a big commentator in the forums, but I felt quite strongly about this and felt I had to say something. I truly believe in everything I said and if that means I'm not on the Xmas card list, then so be it.

However, without deliberately simplifying this too much:- If you are going to dish it out, then surely you must learn to take it as well.........

That is all.

:bump:'kay, bumping this ancient thread because I wanted to chime in on Jimmy & Anthony some more, since their old scene just came up as a topic on Cage Kafig/Colby's thread.

I am an Anthony fan so I watched his scene with The Jimmy a while ago and I laughed my ASS off at the conversation that lead up to the action. Just watched those few minutes again to make sure I remembered it exactly - partial transcript below.

See, I'm very interested in the mentalism branch of magic. I don't perform it (much) but I study it and in those first few minutes, Jimmy's comments to Anthony, which - make no mistake - I do believe were made in kindness, were TEXTBOOK examples of how to implant negative ideas and suggestions.

The great British magician Derren Brown (if you don't know him, go to YouTube or Hulu at once and start watchin') has explained this technique succinctly. If you want to put the idea of a black cat in someone's mind, you say, "don't think of a black cat." The command is embedded in the sentence and gets filed away in short-term memory. The mentalist throws a few more coded hints at his subject and ten minutes later the subject is given a pad and pen and told to draw the first thing he thinks of - and the mentalist correctly guesses it's a black cat.

So here are some of the things Jimmy said to Anthony and I've color-coded everything that might have ended up throwing Anthony off his game.

“Don’t be nervous.”

“Did you do anything special for your solo? ” (as a technique of mentalism, this could have gotten Anthony very defensive ("are you anything special?"; it didn't seem to, in fact Anthony rather cooly shut down every attempt by Jimmy to make him admit being more nervous than he'd already confessed he was.)

“Would you be more nervous to fuck a chick? ”

“Wouldn’t you be nervous with a girl? Cameras and shit; you wouldn’t be able to get hard? ”

(on doing “stuff” with a guy) “It’s not that bad. Just mentally you have to be ready; you’ll be fine.”

Heh.

Thank you Declyn for your comments about this scene. I now intend to re-watch it and to re-read this whole thread, where I'm sure I spoke up for "my Jimmy", being co-members with Robert in the Jimmyholic fan club.

The type of banter between Jimmy & Anthony that you quoted was very typical of Jimmy in both his sex scenes and in his BTS from the many Pride events that he attended in 2011, the year that he was the face of Broke Straight Boys While I too doubt if Jimmy knows of mentalism, I think he is very much a people person and knows how to communicate with people to his advantage. In fact, as Jimmy is very athletically oriented, playing football and baseball, I get the feeling that he was always the captain of the team and naturally assumes the alpha male or leader role.

I will watch it again later this evening for as I remember it Jimmy fucking Anthony was the antithesis of the current Broke Pansexual Boy scenes as Anthony was all bottom and Jimmy was all top.

LOL Declyn,

The very reason that I liked Jimmy in this scene so much more than his others was because he went so out of character and treated Anthony with such kindness. I had hoped that this scene was Jimmy turning over a new leaf, as it were. You do give a different take on it. I won't deny that a person who is purposely trying to psych someone out and throw them off their game might use some of the mentalist techniques you described. Here however I really do think that Jimmy was saying those things out of kindness. In any case, Anthony did end up doing a good job here.

And yes, Mikey... So did Jimmy. lol

I have and have not had any time for Jimmy at all. In fact most of the models of the same area are in the same league. My own opinion of course.

I'm glad that Tampa shared that scene of Jimmy and Anthony on the other thread! Thanks Declyn, for bringing up this thread (as it was before my Forum days.) I guess it doesn't surprise me that Jimmy was the topic of controversy! He just happens to be one of the models I enjoyed viewing from the start! That particular scene of he and Anthony where Jimmy was "compassionate" to Anthony was not uncommon, if one looks at some of his other scenes. He could be a "jerk" at times but, I think he deserves a great deal of credit for being one of the few models who have achieved a level of success in this industry beyond doing these types of scenes! If he were that "unpopular" in this business, I don't think he would be where he is today. Non-the less, I've always enjoyed his work, even his personality and "the boy knows how to pound some ass"!

I'm pleased to see that you are also a fan of Jimmy's work here Betu, as someone who was not around on the forum when his scenes were new. I don't know if you took the time to read the nine pages on this thread, but Jimmy himself was never shy about speaking up for himself on the forum either, and believe me he had more than his share of combatants on the forum.

And as you mentioned, he is to this day a very popular, successful gay for pay star in the industry, and he has never compromised his standards of what he will do, and what he will not.

I'm afraid Declyn you were way off the mark on this one. This was first scene Jimmy cared about someone else besides himself. It was when I started to actually like him. All the scenes prior to this one he was just an asshole, this one he opened up to some of his real personality. I've seen Jimmy on other sites and this is way he acts in those scenes.

Oh, as you'll see I wrote a page back (I probably should have made it a different color because folks seem to be missing this), I completely believe Jimmy was being kind and wasn't trying to psych out Anthony in any way. But if he had been, he couldn't have done a better job choosing what to say and how to say it - it was a textbook example of negative suggestion.

I followed you Declyn. lol I know you were saying that you thought Jimmy was being kind here. :)

Oh, not sure about the protocol/appropriateness of posting links to something off site but I DID find the clip on YouTube of Derren Brown explaining the "don't think of a black cat" example and then going into the London Underground and using the technique to make commuters forget where they were going. Heck, here's the link - thump me on the head if I shouldn't have posted it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4aB6vvVliE

And another, with Derren (who is gay, btw, so he kinda fits here on this site? Maybe?) in NYC, buying stuff with blank pieces of paper. Here's he's using the same embedded comment technique "take it, it's fine, it's fine, it's fine" AND another technique called pattern interrupt. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Vz_YTNLn6w

Thank you so MUCH Declyn for sharing this! I am forever intrigued by things about "how our minds work".

A while back, there was a discussion about 2 scenes where the models spit out loads they had taken in the mouth! I tried to explain my own "visceral" response to the scenes but, really had difficultly explaining it without being abstract, therefor it lost it's meaning in translation.

How this worked for me was: There are certain things that I see when watching Broke Straight Boys porn that I've become "conditioned" to. The scenes end in an almost "predictable" way. When I saw the model spit out the cum shot that he had taken in the mouth, my first reaction was shock! After processing what I saw for a bit, I realized that, this was not something that I had been conditioned to see here on Broke Straight Boys, but it really wasn't an unrealistic event considering the guys being straight etc....I really enjoy things that help explain how we see, perceive and process information that we see vs the information stored in our minds and how it all works either for us, or against us in some cases!

I watched this film on Mikey's recommendation and I had some time to spare. Should have done the dishes.
Then you and I obviously have a TOTALLY different idea of what is hot. Re-watching it again on Sunday I loved how submissive Anthony was to Jimmy and I could clearly see that Anthony was into Jimmy's big thick cock and his fucking. This scene was way hotter to me than any 'broke pansexual boys' scene that starts and ends with gentle kissing. This was raw sex and turned me on big time.

And seeing how both Tampa and Peter praised this scene while neither one likes Jimmy, and how Decyln and Betu also enjoyed the dynamics between these two, I thought that you might get into it too Jon. I've learned my lesson and will not recommend any porn for you again Jon.

I thought that you might get into it too Jon. I've learned my lesson and will not recommend any porn for you again Jon. You will not have the opportunity Mike, I have just cancelled my subscription based on what Mark said on another thread. Bye
