There is an abundance of applicants to be broke straight boys - we have more recently chosen the path of picking what we feel are the best applicants and working with them more...giving them more of a chance to be coached up and developed into better performers. Although you may notice less new models brought in this past year, I do believe we have really brought in a much better ratio of GOOD models that members want to see more and more of. We have found and helped develop some real winners this past year and look to increase those numbers in the year to come....I hope you can appreciate our approach

Thanks for replying so quickly Johnny, I can see from your posts that you really are passionate about your work. The problem with what you explained above, is that if for instance, top models like Paul or
Damien Kyle or
Kaden Alexander and Tyler (team Alpha lol) were to suddenly leave for any reason, then this would leave you very short staffed. In the last few months we have already seen the departure of
Adam Baer and quite a few of last year's newbies have not returned, e.g Daniel, Skyler, Graham and Finn Also from the 11 of this years newbies, we have not seen many return, the effect of this is that we see a lot of the same models re appearing on a regular basis. If it were not for the recent inclusion of Dimitri,
Ronan Kennedy and (forgetting the now well documented issue), Jake, then this site really would have become stale.
Finally I must question why you chose to hire Adam Stipz over all the guys who you say applied ? With all due respect to Adam, he doesn't fall into the same category as the aforementioned 3 newbies and he didn't get a good review at all on his solo.
Thanks for replying and, as I said before, I very much like your work.
