Is there a model shortage ?

Based on what I've perceived as an increase in "New Models" or even an increase in exposure of models I am familiar with (not exclusively to this site), I think the challenge has become, finding models who are 1) appropriate for the "Broke Straight Boys" criteria, who may be fresh, new etc.

So, I don't know if there is per se a shortage of models, just a challenge in the Appropriate Models for this Site?

I must agree with you too. Remember Tyler's first scene when David "picked him up' at the car show. Just watched this again and I forgot that it was Aiden who David bumped into first on that day. Then Tyler Evans popped his head in the yellow jeep to say hello and that was it, the start of the Tyler Evans show.

To the site admin staff. If you search under Tyler Evans the oldest 3 films are of a different Tyler. Just saying..

LOL, man it looks like the video was from 20 years ago. Amazing the difference in video quality. Tyler rode that horse a long way with David. He was probably the most prolific and recognizable Broke Straight Boys but some are getting close to it. I liked his smart ass personality too.
I remember reading Tyler left the porn world, is living a straight life, might even be married at this point and working a job he likes.

Would be cool to do a reunion shoot with Tyler and other guys from that time!

Well with Damien Kyle and Paul going roadtripping for a month, it's really gonna make the studio short staffed, unless of course the whole team take a month off, which I suppose would make sense.

Anyway its great to see Jake back on july 11th, this getting getting fucked by Ronan Kennedy - can't wait.

I like variety, and I really don't like the new approach. The really popular ones like Dakota should stay, but there should be new ones regularly. I agree with the others, Adan is not a keeper.

Indeed the "Tyler Evans Show" was compelling must watch internet TV for me. He was everything that Broke Straight Boys stood for, as he initially appeared as a very cute, even shy straight kid who attended the auto show with his dad, and we watched month after month as the great David Adamson worked his magic with Tyler, as he "came out of his shell" to develop into a terrific sexual performer.

In my opinion the introduction and development of Tyler was the most compelling Broke Straight Boys performer in the history of the site, not necessarily the hottest, and by the end, he had metomorpisized into something quite different, but the journey was fascinating to me. I concur with Jon and highly recommend that any new fan of the site go back to Tyler's earliest episodes and watch them in order to see "The Tyler Evans Show", a great "Broke Straight Boys miniseries".

I also liked the guys Jarrett, Jordan and Marc who supposedly were in the same band and needed money for equipment. That was hot!!!

I'm beginning to think there is a model shortage, it seems like we keep seeing the same few faces over and over. I'm probably imagining it but it seems like we're getting a new Kaden Alexander scene once or twice a week and some of the other boys seem to be overused quite a bit. Doesn't anyone else want to work? I feel like the only names I'm seeing is Kaden Alexander, Tyler, Skyler and Ronan Kennedy even the BTS videos it's the same guys. It would be nice if things got mixed up a little, but the upcoming scenes are all the same names again and even a scene with all of them together. I'm feeling like why should I even bother if there isn't going to be some variety and by variety I don't mean the same guy with a different partner.

I agree 100% with your post Ben, (except I wouldn't include Ronan Kennedy in the group you mention, as he is brand new and was only involved in one block of shoots so far, when he arrived with Dimitri and Jake. To me Ronan Kennedy's career has just begun).

I would add Sergio and Romeo to your list of regulars. Paul and Damien are different in my personal preferences, as they are the established "stars" of the site currently and it is always special for me to see them work their magic with a newbie. But watching the same cast of characters with each other in different match-ups over and over is boring to me, including the upcoming foursome.

I can relate to what you mean by the "scenes" lately! It's been pretty hit or miss for me as well. I am not so much disappointed in the models as much as I am the "formula"! I am missing "spontaneity" and surprise. I've seen some foot licking and things like that (which aren't necessarily my thing) but too much pain on the faces of models, robotic sex and....well limp dicks! But, that's just me! It's just that way...sometimes

Since I started this thread, we have seen the return of Skyler and Anthony, both who were away for a while. So Skyler has been seen in a few updates recently and I guess that would be because he filmed those scenes during one visit. Years ago when there was an abundance of models, there were lots of films in the can and so it would be a while before you saw your favourite model reappear.

I can only assume that there is no longer a backlog of films to be released, so we get them in the order they were made. Hence an apparent model overload.
