Mikey - I just went out and found the site. However, I was mistaken about Jimmy getting sucked off in front of the crowd by Robb. It was Conner (or is it Carter) Nash. But lots happens before that scene.
When I first watched the BTS, I watched it all the way through because Jimmy really fascinated me and this was his introduction to Broke Straight Boys It was at the Black Party Expo in NYC, 2011. To keep you from having to go through the whole thing (but to give you an idea about how fascinating I found Jimmy (the Ultimate Straight Boy) to be "game" and a good sport at this totally gay event where "shock value" is a big part of the action. (In my opinion, the Black Party runs a close second in flagrant exhibitionism to the Black and Blue Party in Montreal - where one can witness guys doing everything and anything right their on the expo floor say nothing of what was staged!) Did I ever mention that in 2010 I attended 14 parties across the U.S. and Canada. A relationship break-up sent me off on a year's venture I should really block from my memory - and after watching this I found myself wishing I'd done so one year too early! But I digress...
I suggest you start watching at 1:32 where some gay guys are trying to get Jimmy to kiss a guys ass. For $100 he says he'll do it, pull the bill out of the guy's ass and kiss it once he has the cash! It is interesting to watch they dynamics of his interactions. Jimmy and Conner are both willing to show anything. About 1:39 the "JustUsBoys" crew is called onto the stage by the drag queen. Watch it to the end. Jimmy proudly pops his woody and gets sucked off; then they twerk (before the term was known) and pass out shirts and videos to the crowd.
There is another scene I had mentioned long ago in an earlier thread. People asked me where that scene was but I wasn't sure. I had an idea so I went and looked into it. I was correct and recalled it was at a new part of the filming – a cold, rainy night and Jimmy, Robb and Cole, along with Sha, were out on the street trying to figure out what to do next. Cole gets on his phone and there is some bantering about that. Robb and Jimmy are off in the shadows and Sha turns the camera to them for comment then back to Cole. Then he turns back to Jimmy and Robb and, well, you’ll hear Sha’s shocked statement, “What was this? You two were about to…” But, it broke up their moment. Still, it is an interesting insight into the idea that Jimmy and Robb certainly had a “bromance” between them. Watch it starting at 1:23. I find it rather titillating and “wondered” about the two of them in their private moments… Nah, it couldn’t happen, could it?

You know, Johnny, some of the sex in the BTS was the best! Getting those guys going in the rooms resulted in some really hot scenes! I love the Disney one where Sha (I think it was Sha) promises a great day of fun at Disneyland in lieu of pay. It rains on them all day!! One doesn't see that anymore in BTS.

A couple things. I agree that Jimmy's presence may have actually helped the BSB TV show. I even agree with you that Jimmy alone did not sink the DTLA show. It was weak programming and scriptwriting to begin with. My point was that it got next to no buzz at all on the forum or in the wider membership because everybody was already fed up with seeing him so much on the site. So why would people flock to the DTLA show to see even more of him? He was a horrible choice to cast on DTLA when so many other models would have created much more buzz and excitement among site members. We can't change the past. But also I don't want to see it re-written in hindsight with rose colored glasses.
There were a few BTS vids where Jimmy shined as a fairly nice guy. But other Broke Straight Boys models could have been given the chance to tour the Pride events also. There were many other models who worked harder at pleasing the audience than Jimmy did, rather than just showing up on set, going through the motions, giving a cumshot, and taking off with the contractually obligated check.
*Sarcasm alert* One really endearing BTS vid of Jimmy that showed what a good person he was was when he bragged about cheating on his pregnant girlfriend with some stripper during the Pride tour. He told the other models not to say anything that might get back to his pregnant girlfriend/baby mama because she had promised to name the baby after him. He already had another baby back at home as well as the other one on the way. And he openly worried in the BTS vid that if she found out he was cheating on her, (probably regularly even back then, before the much later BSB TV showed him cheating on the same girlfriend again)...that she wouldn't name the baby after him. He was a real catch.

Two things.. Even the BTS scenes back then were fun..Real or Rehearsed ? They just were not so slick.You didn't know for sure what you were going to get.. Now you know.The posted pictures tell you the whole story. ( No Jimmy talk ).
And the show..They could have done something great. Made a impact. But it died before it started.
And if it wasn't for Damien Kyle posting all over the place..Half of the few of us that saw the show. Would not have even known it was on.

When this BTS was released, my friend Ms. K was "outraged" and posted that Sha should have deleted this portion of the BTS and she got my other friend Abe, all worked up too, to the point where he said he no longer liked Jimmy, as a result of his bragging about cheating on his pregnant girlfriend.
To which I said "so what?". Jimmy was a twenty something year old porn star who used his dick to make a living. He was on the road on tour and met a girl in a bar or whatever and they had sex. Is that exemplary behavior? Hardly. Is that unusual? Hardly. Much like professional athletes on the road with their teams in cities across the country, this is what young men do. Not all young athletes or porn stars cheat on their women but a lot do. One of my idols as a kid was New York Yankee Micky Mantle. Years later a teammate Jim Bouton wrote a book called "Ball Four", where he blew the whistle on what really goes on, including amphetimines being put out during the pregame meals in a candy dish, but he also told of "baseball Annies", women who hung out at bars where baseball players did and would put notches on their belt, by sleeping with the mostly married players, while their wives and children were back home.
This information doesn't change how I felt about Micky Mantle and it sure doesn't surprise me or change how I felt about Jimmy Johnson. It is just a reality of what young men, (and older married guys too), do when the opportunity strikes. No biggie at all to me for a porn star to fuck when away from home. Ho hum.

As far as Broke Straight Boys-TV, I agree with you Johnny. In my mind, the show was a failure. Nothing new was covered for the fans of the site, and it wasn't that interesting for the general public. And yes, Damien Kyle was the main promoter for the show on social media, and I don't think he was treated very well by the company after all he did to promote it, but of course I am speaking as a fan without any inside knowledge of what really went on.Two things.. The TV show was "over hyped" on the forum, by then main guy, Damian Christopher, who kept telling us here that all of our questions about Broke Straight Boys would be answered when the show came out, and I really learned very little information that I didn't already know. Too bad, as it was a well produced show, but the content was basically boring, even with the "contrived" little scenarios like rehiring Jimmy and his baby's mother to re-create what might have happened in their real life for the show, but it came off as contrived and phony to me, including Jimmy being thrown out of the house and sent home, when the reality was none of the models really lived in the house, but were invited for a week to stay there while they filmed their scenes, and Jimmy hadn't even worked for the company for several years before the show was shot. It was just another set-up "hokey" reality TV show, when it could have been something really interesting and really special.

What a treat to have been directed to this video!! Talk about the holy triumvirate of Broke Straight Boys huge cocked three-ways!!! Up to this point I'd seen only Diesal in action on the site. What a pleasure to meet Austin and Aiden in this place! Sha - you've got a little devilish side to you! Great impromptu scene set-up with the game and betting on cards! And, the camera work, despite lighting limitations was great. As was the voyeuristic fucking in front of the window of the hotel! Aiden was a willing bet-looser but it certainly appears that he came out a winner! Great show inside the San Diego Pride video! (But then, experience has shown me that San Diego visits tend to have a "let loose" affect on a person during a visit!!!) Oh, the room service interruption was an exciting break. Now, if only the window washer had dropped down to clean the exterior window as Aiden drained against the inside. That would have just been icing on the cake. Great show guys. (Wish they'd all make a return visit to Broke Straight Boys as BSMen!!!)

You do make valid points that Jimmy is doing what many (but not all!) of the men in marriages and committed relationships do. But does that make it right? If you're the married woman or the woman who thinks you're in a monogamous committed relationship how would you feel if you're at home pregnant taking care of one of his kids and one on the way? And he's out there cheating on you with random women and possibly bringing home STD's, crabs or any number of dubious gifts that keep on giving? Even if there are guys out there doing that to their wives, girlfriends, etc., it's just very bad form and ungentlemanly, to say the least to be bragging about it. Discretion would be called for. But Jimmy had no problem bragging about doing more than once...both in the BTS here and in BSB TV show. He only had a problem with bragging about it when word got back to his girlfriend and he tried to unsuccessfully lie his way out of it.
But... You were gracious in saying you understood my point about the fact that he was SO overexposed on the site during that year. That was one factor that turned me off to him. He was just everywhere on the site ALL the time. I will admit and concede the point to you that the BTS's with Jimmy and Rob were often quite cute in the their playful easy banter with one another. The other underlying subplot was Rob's not so subtle constant attempts to gain Jimmy's friendship and attention. Rob had a real man-crush on Jimmy. haha Some of their BTS scenes are fun to watch. I did find myself smiling while watching Jimmy and Rob interact in other BTS scenes as I searched for the one I was looking for last night. lol
Having said that, I still feel that other deserving models (possibly more deserving than Jimmy) were denied opportunities to travel and do events to make room for ever more Jimmy. It seemed at the time that they truly felt that no amount of Jimmy was too much. You would have thought that he really was a big star of the site who worked hard, put out all highly rated scenes with consistently good or great reviews and drew a great number of new viewers to the site. In fact the truth was, with a few exceptions, that his scenes consistently rated in the bottom basement of Broke Straight Boys archives, while many members either quit or threatened to quit the site because of him.
But he was Clay's favorite Golden Boy who could do no wrong. Clay coddled him, made excuses for him to upset members, enabled him, and let Jimmy tell him how things were going to be on the set. Even some newer models were told or indoctrinated to believe that Jimmy was a huge star of the site. And that he really was a big deal. When in truth the only thing that made him stand apart from other good-looking and more talented models was an extremely generous one year exclusive contract. The quantity of work being offered to a model does not always equal quality. Many of us felt like we were reading a 3-D version of The Emperor Has No Clothes.
If Jimmy had just been here for 4-6 months, I think he would have been more tolerable. In viewing his work, it would have been easier for his detractors to have been much kinder. Both at the time and in hindsight. When dealing with Jimmy's innumerable one-sided scenes of getting his dick sucked and then topping, both here and everywhere else online...less is more. haha

Wish I would have had your determination to do what has to be prioritized! I have guests arriving tomorrow from Minnesota and ran around today (after too much time on the forums) and got home about an hour ago. I guess I will have to pull off an "all-nighter" to get this place in order. When one lives alone (well, I speak only for moi) I don't notice dust and dust balls and spots on the floor of the kitchen and the oven needs to be cleaned (well, maybe), and the grocery list I just completed must be purchased (right after this break) and a rock garden I was tearing up needs to be sodded (right!) and the marble rocks hauled away and beds need fresh linens put on them (thank goodness the laundry was done) and... Ok, I'm already tired just thinking about it.
I make lists but then I throw them away and go, "Echhhh!"
