I had to move out of the room I was subrenting because the woman who had the lease decided she was moving, so that was the end of the internet connection.
I then decided to try & get a satellite connection here at the resort, that took 6 months to get sorted out (bloody government departments), but finally I was back online. I have spent the last 6 weeks trying to catch up on the forum, the episodes & other things.

Hey Kodie, not too much happening up here. Have been keeping busy with helping my parents out by taking them to their appointments and such and still looking for work. Damn economy up here. We are still at 9.3% unemployment in the state of Washington. About 10-11% here in the county and city. Really sucks.
It is so nice to have you back online. You have been missed. Don't let Ray threaten you with that fish slap. lol.

How is the weather down there? Kodie mentioned that it is starting to cool off some.
This has been a weird winter and spring for us as we are in this El Nino pattern up, where up here in the Pacific Northwest during the winter we get very little rain and much warmer temperatures, now since April and May have arrived we have seen cooler temperatures and more rain. It will be interesting to see what kind of a summer we'll have. So far the temps have been kind enough for my spring blooming flowers. I have some miniature roses that have buds on them and my lillies are coming up and they will be in the summer. As I live in an upstairs apartment, I only have so much room on my balcony to plant, so everything is in pots and planter boxes. I am hoping to grow a couple of tomato plants this year.

We've had a weird rainy season this time it is supposed to start at the end of October & go through to end of March. But it started late & we are just coming out of it now.
