This is kind of a random find for me. I’ve mentioned that other than sports and news, I spend 99% of my TV time watching YouTube. At the suggestion from Chac, I pay a monthly fee for YouTube Premium to avoid the commercials, which is well worth it for me.
Last night I was watching one of my subscribed channels of StanChris and after the episode, it was followed by a channel I had never heard of called,”Demystifying Gay Porn”, where a gay porn producer for a site that I believe is called “Treasure Island”, where the producer or possibly the owner of the site does a podcast with long form interviews of models whom preform on the site. I watched the interview that came on and found it interesting to hear a guy tell his story and we learn about the guys behind the scenes. It is much like the “ Getting to Know” here on
Broke Straight Boys, but much longer interviews.
I decided to subscribe to the channel as it has many seasons and episodes. Then later last night on my regular YouTube feed came on, “Demystifying Gay Porn-The
Derek Cline Interview”. I checked
Broke Straight Boys and sure enough he appeared here in thirteen scenes between 12/15/18 - 12/15/19. I am not necessarily suggesting for you to watch his entire podcast as the discussions go far afield after his childhood and gay porn beginnings into his spiritual beliefs and he considers himself a witch.
But what interested me is that he tells us how at 19,
Broke Straight Boys was his first studio and how he flew to Atlanta, and he describes the dorm he stayed in in Atlanta and how he had just gotten into smoking pot and how no drugs or alcohol or even sex between the models was allowed. This is something we already knew, but Derek confirmed it. He also talked about how the models Sha had brought in were just random guys, and he wasn‘t attracted to all, but had to have sex with them.
For fun I just looked up his thirteen partners on
Broke Straight Boys, chronologically, Bobby Owen, Ben, Bruno,
Justin Dean, Tyson,
Denver Dubois, Grey,
John Henry,
Jos Alvarez,
Ryan Pitt, Blake, Kace, and Cody. Very interesting. Here is the link to the interview. I am now subscribed to the channel and will look later to see if any of our other
Broke Straight Boys appear. Most interesting to me. By the way, I also later last night watched his “Getting to Know” on
Broke Straight Boys with Sha, and the kid is the “real deal”, pretty much the same person in 2018 with Sha as he was in this interview from 2021 or 2022.
