Who’s your favorite of these and maybe comment a favorite scene and what you like most about it.

Out of this grouping it is easily Shane for me. He pushed all my buttons from the time we first saw still images of him before his first scene was released. Every pore of his being oozes straight young masculinity to me. He is every young straight guy that I knew as a teen and later that I saw or interacted with as an adult. Shane was my perfect fantasy boy that I would wonder what he looked like naked and having sex. Shane epitomized my ideal of what was good for me about Broke Straight Boys

I watched that scene once when it was released in 2010 and decided never to watch it again but I did check it one more time years later and I still feel the same way. He clearly didn’t want to do it and he called a stop to it after a few minutes. He was in pain and received no pleasure from it. It was his last shoot week at Broke Straight Boys Although I am pleased that David has told us that he remains friends with Shane and that he has met him and his girlfriend in recent times and that Shane still is in great shape, but has no interest in doing gay porn again.

Bottoming is not for every guy, including gay guys. Great choice nicsjohnson. I know many forumites agree with you. And by the way, Jason is great guy in real life aside from being beautiful. As I’ve told the story many times, I met him with Blake Bennet and others at New York Pride in 2012 and he was warm and friendly and a pleasure to spend part of a Saturday with. He and Blake and Sha made it a highlight of the past ten years for me.

Mike I have to agree with you. No one should ever be forced to do what they do not want to do. Their choice is to stop doing gay porn or go elsewhere. Br, Have you watched Shane’s one scene where he had to bottom, (briefly before he put a stop to it), with Lee? I agree with your premise, except to say that I believe that there is a place on Broke Straight Boys for exclusive tops. Jimmy Johnson did a ton of scenes here over his one year contract as he was the face of Broke Straight Boys-2. He was an exclusive top and then he went on to a successful career at Men.com where he also topped only until he agreed to a final scene called, “Top to Bottom”, where I would think he received a large bonus to finally “do the deed”, lol

Also keep in mind that the still #1 ranked model in Broke Straight Boys history, Jake Spencer did eight scenes here exclusively as a top. Not bottoming did not hurt his ratings. We will never know what would have happened if he returned. And Ethan Steel has done 18 scenes exclusively topping. Ethan’s rating of 4.55 is not as high as Jake’s at 4.73. But these are two well received Broke Straight Boys models who have never bottomed. So I disagree that they should “stop doing gay porn or go elsewhere”. I contend that there is an audience here for exclusive tops as fans of Broke Straight Boys are varied and what you see as a necessity, I see as an option.
