Well, I realize this is an older thread (by Forum standards anyway) but, I recently (within the past 3 months) purchased a rather nice Web Cam myself! I have Skype preinstalled in my computer so....decided to activate it and set up an account. My thought was, for my Birthday I might treat myself to one of the Skype shows the boys seem to be offering almost on a regular basis (as they post it on Twitter and FaceBook often.)
To set up a Skype account, you do it pretty much like you would a Twitter account. There is a Fee for a Skype Telephone Number. It's about $20 bucks. That number is good for about 3 months. You can renew it at the end of three months or "purchase" a new one when it expires.
For the shows, the host requests that you message them to arrange for PAYMENT.(This also allows adding them to you and you to their Skype contacts). The boys use Venmo, which is a make and share payment site, very social media friendly.You can use phone/tablet/computer devices to send money to people. I guess like Pay Pal but, different.
The boys were or are asking for $200.00 for each show which are about 30 mins. They have had Ayden do shows a few times with them and maybe, most recently another former model or,someone who was identified as a "straight friend from back home". If you have them on FaceBook and or Twitter, you may even be able to view "Clips" of the type of things you might see from their Skype shows.

Sam Truitt and Trent Ferris are now offering such services at various rates for up to 20mins. Much cheaper (under $100.00) thus far.
As I said, I thought I might treat myself to a show for my birthday but,...I'm still having reservations about it! While I think its an alternative way of viewing two people who are not only good performers but, are in love with one another and I am sure would be a terrific show,...I don't know if I'm ready to plunk down that kind of money for something that I would only be able to keep as a memory! No different I'm sure than going to a concert of one's favorite band or performer.....realistically...it's porn. I can easily make my own porn memories and use the money for something of a greater benefit. That is just me and my financial planning speaking! I may change my mind about it when my birthday comes! LOL
