I did just that yesterday stowe1! i love giving back because if you put good energy out then hopefully positive will come back to you!!! I attended an event for toys for tots last night and brought various nerf guns and barbies as well. Target is having a buy one toy get one 50% off so i went a little nuts!!!

No plans, John. I'm having surgery on Thursday and will just be at home recovering. I seem to recover better when I'm by myself.

How about you, John? Will you be with your family or friends? If I'm not being too nosy, do you have a partner?

BTW the only tree I'm trying to avoid is the one over my cemetery plot. lol

None here in the 'Burgh or anywhere in western PA, Sparta. That's compounded by temps in the low-mid 60's. Boo-hiss. I love cold winter weather. I'm holding out for another real cold February. That blasted El Nino.

I'm hoping that the snow and cold holds off till next winter when I will be retired from my sales job and don't need to get out on the highways of NYC in the blustery weather and trying to maneuver the ice and snow covered streets. When I am retired, I can enjoy the picturesque snowfalls from my living room window. It is a beautiful site when you don't have to drive in it. lol
