Excellent spot!!

Mark, in the early part of my business career back in the day, I did some adveritisng work, both print and television. I was in New York then and worked with some top notch outfits. This spot is extrememly well done. It is visually attractive, the copy gets the message across in a concise manner, the visuals are stunning and the music very catchy. I don't know how much was done in-house, I'm assuming the creative at a minimum. But from beginning to end, whoever had a hand in it, can be justly proud. From my perspective, this is a first-class advertisement!! Congratulations!!!

Thanks I'm glad you liked it. Steve my designer edited it, added music etc. Chad helped me film the pool and across the house scene. I think we spend 4-5 hours on those 2 scenes. I came up with the idea last month and started working on visuals, script etc. I don't have much to work with since there isn't much footage so I think it turned out well considering. :)

CHAD:001_wub: does great work, no wonder he got to go to Denver Pride, and no others.:stress:

Summer camp

If it's your house these guy's are going to live in, better reserve a bed for yourself on time at the YMCA Mark.

Agree completely, very very well done if this is any evidence of what the show has to bring I am really looking forward to it.

So if I'm understanding you correctly, this was done completely in-house. And while you guys do such a great job on the websites, producing a commercial is a whole other ball of wax. Mark, Steve, Chad, and everyone else who had a hand in this, again an exceptional job well done. I have seen work of much lesser quality come out of production houses who specialize in this kind of work.

I am of the same mind, Frontier. This commercial has achieved its goal at least with respect to me. My interest in the show has been piqued and am looking forward to it.

Thanks it was all done in house and I made it to get people excited about the show. A much more professional one will be coming out once we have filmed the show. :)

As Stowe said, considering you guys are not professional commercial producers I think this turned out excellent. Fortune 500 companies have spent millions on commercials done by professionals that were much less inspiring. And considering you have no models whose faces you can use yet, this was an especially amazing job.

Thanks Tampa for the compliment. :)

Gosh, I had no idea you guys did the trailer yourselves! Wow...that puts it in a whole other light.

You all did a superb job! Getting it out there is a great start, and you can always tweak it a bit later on.

Some of the applicants have now joined the forum, and you can also view their Audition tapes!
