It was very nice of you to allow the mother to share your fern basket with you. She seems to be very happy and safe right where she is. It is also pretty amazing that she didn't flee while being filmed great job. I loved the X - Files music there for a min. too... It was kind of setting the mood. It looked like she had two babies there at one time. Did the other baby die? I think I will say a prayer regardless.

Hey Jayman The mom was great, you could get as close to 2 feet from her and she would not budge.There were 2 babies, but one died I was sad but at least one survived.

Scorpio, that is so awesome about the mother. It speaks volumes about you too. She obviously feels safe and secure in your presence. Animals tend to be great judges of character. I am sorry to hear about the other baby bird. Everything has a reason. You certainly have every reason to be a happy and proud daddy/uncle however it seems to work out there for you...
