There is a scroll bar on all of my thread notes and also showing on Joninliverton's and tuscojayce's messages. On my screen. So, far there are the only ones.
Scorpio, I figured it out. I let a friend use my computer earlier. I discovered that the picture size setting in the lower right corner of the screen was set at 90% I bumped it back up to 100%. Suddenly the scroll bars disappeared.

I have found that increasing the screen size can be very helpful in enjoying smaller pictures. I'm surprised that your friend made the print and pictures smaller, rather than larger. You can make the print and pictures larger on your screen by holding down on your Ctrl key while moving the roller in the center of your mouse up or down. That can also be very helpful for people whose eyesight is not so great.
I never adjust the settings. She is visually impaired and she set the screen bigger. I guess she tried to reset it back and went a bit too far. She is a nice lady.
