Obviously the newbie with the solo gets probably a fixed rate. Then he and the corporation decides where it goes from there. Obviously many have not returned. The question is, for those who do, how does the "gay for pay" scale go. Question is do the guys get paid according to actions performed, according to their rating with viewers or both.

Well I would say that while the rate of pay may not necssarily increase based on ratings, it increases the potential for more opportunities to film.

Impossible to answer that really, too many externalities involved and there is both science and art in the decision. Dont forget the performer availability and interests...those things trump the numbers. We have filmed college students and young boys with families who have personal responsbilities that have swayed their decision making. Regardless of the money we offer (you would be suprised) we cant convince some.
Some of the hottest young men we encounter just wont do it, no matter how much money. Yet will do a solo. What do you think we should do? Show him? Deprive you of this awesomeness? We think about this all the time!
I kinda laughed when you talked about the 'corporation' since we are so small and nimble, but salute to your generosity if we make that impression! Thanks Frontier for the comment!

There are friends that make statistics out of these... some members here might actually work for the Internal Revenue Service. Resistance is futile.
No model I know off ever dared to speak numbers. Or... to be honest, felt like discussing their income. They agreed a price. Maybe my friends knows more, MikeYank, Tampa or Ms.K. but they will not spill the beans; or will you?
PS: The more these models make, the higher your subscription fee. Considering the amount I spent, it's not likely Jason will become rich soon.

I have a corporate background, so salaries and pay scales were confidential between the employee and employer. Not that that stopped some from talking anyway.
Perhaps models talk amongst themselves, who knows? I'm sure however Mark has his compensation system structured, it is done so to be fair with the models and for him to make a profit, because the latter is why he is in this business. After all, certain models continue to return so the pay must not be that bad since they are engaging in sex which is contrary to most of their natures, if they are to be believed.
And Frontier, I'm not being a wise-ass when I ask this, but did you really think you would get any kind of definitive answer to your question? No businessman that I know would divulge his cost and compensation structure to a customer.

Well, I feel that I can speak to this thread. You see, I suck dick for a living...I'm a "trophy wife." I don't work outside the home and I can tell you, for all the things that I do, some days I am a very rich girl and others, there just isn't enough money compared to the month. Regarding the models that do a solo but don't come back not getting paid.. Well you don't know when they do the solo that they wont come back, but you have to pay them for their solo. I would suggest that solos are the least paid for activity, as per the BSB1 days.
