When will the site bring back new models?

not sure if I'm even doing this whole thread thing correctly or not but here we go. lol.

i just feel like too many of the latest models and scenes include the same ole people some of the working for multiple studios.

why can't Broke Straight Boys hire models that hasn't working in porn before and plus alot of the latest addictions are from from "straight" which is fine but the site doesn't offer any models that fit the straight and curious theme they once had.

Broke Straight Boys does bring in new straight acting models but most go on to other sites over time such as Charlie. Let face it they are in it to make money and as I said elsewhere no site can offer any model exclusivity no matter how popular or good. Another factor is what field are you willing to explore. Broke Straight Boys uses Americans almost exclusively. This is not true of most other American owned and managed gay sites. Don't get me wrong I am not justifying how present day Broke Straight Boys is run.

but there are models that only work one site and Broke Straight Boys use to have models that only worked with them at least for period of time before going other places. studies like CF may have models that work or have worked other places but they also have quite that have only appeared on their site. theres only a few amateur studios around so unless they end up with NDS, AD, or MEN, they should be around to stay in one spot for while. and why all their latest fit so feminine as opposed to models in the past. like, are they even looking for broke "straight" boy? geesh.

Ashton came from CF site has a girlfriend and he considers himself gay4pay.
Justin Salvador is new only seen here on Broke Straight Boys and only filmed Broke Straight Boys
Lucas Porter has filmed for other studios considers himself bisexual
Izzy Danger filmed only for Broke Straight Boys thus so far, I think he filmed for maybe another studio after us.
Darron Bluu has been filmed by everyone. He is gay4pay but he wants to make as much money as he can and its seems the other Broke Straight Boys members really like him and don't care he's been all over the place filming since his ratings are pretty good.
Elliot Dahl...new to Broke Straight Boys, he is gay and he has never filmed before or after Broke Straight Boys..his fetish is to have sex with straight boys.
Stirling J...has started working with Broke Straight Boys, went to one other studio doing other straight for gay work, only worked for us and another studio.
Gian Long, has only appeared on Broke Straight Boys Is bisexual.
Jesse Stone came from CF site. He filmed 10 scenes with CF and after his contract was up, he filmed with our studio next. He considers himself gay4pay and has really over exposed himself but the members here like him has great ratings.
Charlie Knox started with Broke Straight Boys, he did a few studios afterwards, nothing to write home about... then came back to Broke Straight Boys, filmed again and decided to retire from filming, its not for him since he is straight and not really interested for him.
Jordan Cruz only filmed for CF, then came here to Broke Straight Boys His ratings weren't so great so we didn't ask him back.
Connor Tyler film for one twink site. The only Broke Straight Boys He has filmed more with Broke Straight Boys and our sister site College Boy Physicals then other studios and he considers himself Bisexual.
Grey Gold filmed one solo. Then came here to Broke Straight Boys Did a few scenes thereafter and he is no longer interested in filming anymore.
Nico Nova started with Broke Straight Boys, he has filmed a few scenes with other studios. He considers himself bisexual, gay4pay. But he limits himself to where he works since he has a full time job and has only done Broke Straight Boys as most of his porn career.

As you can see just from the few names I pulled up, these guys are not all over the place filming porn. It may feel like that with some, but I am not sure which guys you speak about. Even back in the old days, boys came and went as well on Broke Straight Boys so not sure which guys you are referring to.

There is also a lot of footage that hasn't been seen as of yet and we have a bunch of new guys that only filmed thus so far for Broke Straight Boys that there scenes haven't come out yet.

If you can please indicate and be more specific in which models you maybe talking about that would be great. But as I go down the list, I am not sure what your point is in your posts without being specific when you make your statements. Its important to us to be a bit more specific so we know where to target the issue and to make any adjustments as we keep hiring and filming.

Izzy Danger has or/is working for Bait Buddies, Chaos Men, Pride Studios (Family Creep), and Gay Room. Darron Bluu, yes exactly like you said; he is filming and/or has filmed basically everywhere as well. It's so many, I won't even bother to name this all. lol. Elliot Dahl has worked for Peep Show TV and I think I've seen him on one of those frat style sites as well but I'm not sure on that. Stirling J has or/is working for Sketchy Sex. Jesse Stone has or/is working with too many studios as well. Charlie Knox been with a lot too. Jordan Cruz, Connor Taylor, Grey Gold, & Nico Nova all worked at other studios as well.

Apparently my point didn't come across clear so let me try to do that now. As you can see from the list of 15 models you provided, majority of them have worked other places, some more than others & based on the history of the studio lately; even the FEW models that only filmed with Broke Straight Boys (2 out of 15 to be exact) will likely film other places as well. Regardless of "good" ratings, this is not good. And even some models you didn't mention like Mikey Allens has worked with other studios but are constantly in updates on Broke Straight Boys, two in this month so far, only ONE update before he appeared yet again.

As far as sexual orientation goes, its not so much about how they identify; its about whether the performance is believable, so a guy says he never bottomed before but in the scene he bottoms like a pro; even if the model says he's straight. Its not very convincing. I understand you don't have much control over that, however thats why casting is so important and it seems Broke Straight Boys has really dropped the ball. This studio really use to be so great because of guys like Johnny Forza, Tyler White, Kaden Alexander, and many others & suddenly something changed.

You say you have a lot of new footage with new models that only filmed with Broke Straight Boys, well why is not being released when the current is already flooded from other studios and by the time you release the new guys they may have been working for other places by then. lol.

I have had this account for years but rarely spoke on here & decided to reach out here to see whats going on because to be quite honestly, the site really isn't good anymore. I don't look forward to updates or nothing much unless its new person which is rare and they end up being too feminine for a site that suppose to be about straight guys too. Some of these other site are bringing in models like CF and you won't see them work other places for months if they ever work somewhere else. And why are you letting all these models come from other studies work with yall. Yall can't say no, you only interested in NEW talent right now? That would help alot. Give yourself time to try to create your own stars again instead of using talent that come from other places or wants to continue to work everywhere because then the scenes here won't be all that excited.

So in summary, the site could really use new coming out really soon which as recruiting other newer more masculine models and that would attract more straight guys to want to work with the studios because they will likely feel more comfortable. BlackBoyAddictionz and GayHoopla, BiGuysFuck are constantly bringing in models like this; I was just wondering why the models don't match is a similar quality when you use to be so great. I'm not trying to be negative or rude; its just the truth and I'm sure fans wouldn't mind new models as well.

I don't think having models back will really fix the issue I'm of like of my last reply. Seeing some of them would be awesome if they still look okay and is healthy, but it would only be a temporary moment of excitement for the fans.

You need NEW GUYS. I don't know how you're recruiting now maybe you guys should look at new methods because if you want new straight guys you're really have to go out and try and find them until you get a few & other straight wants to come because they are present which is why Gayhoopla and BiGuysFuck can hire so many straight, bi, gay, and curious guys. No one on the list just provided could even compete with most of their models and I mean that in a respectful way. Amd Ben's Boys use alot of the same models too. It's crazy because you about out of all these people in the world; studios can barely hire models exclusively.

Not to mention, Broke Straight Boys is already not at its best right so one scene a week is horrible. there some at least be two a week honestly.

Again I hear what your saying. I did respond back to your post on the other thread explaining how the hiring process starts and how the rating system from the members work and how there ratings decide the actual scenes and the type of models being seen on Broke Straight Boys site. Perhaps, that post I sent to you should be over here so you can check it out over there which is basically how the process works.

Its not the "management" here that dictates the scenes and the models. Its really the membership overall and the management goes by the ratings to determine what they want to see and which models get rehired back.

Back in the old days of BSB1.0 when the site first started, we didn't have a rating system in place. I as the production crew/director was in total charge of hiring the models and deciding which scenes were filmed and how they were filmed. Back then it was a huge hit, Broke Straight Boys was off the charts.

Back then the sites was updated 3X per week. We would introduce a new model doing a solo. If the model worked for another studio, we by-pass the solo and went directly to filming the oral and anal scenes and it seemed to work back then. Now today, not so much...I am not even sure if Broke Straight Boys and that old format would even work based on the feedback and ratings we get from the current memberships all hell would break out here on Broke Straight Boys

As for the updates, its once a week. That as the crew I can't help and there are new guys that I've filmed...but here is the issue with filming new guys and having them here there first time. Time we filmed the here and promote then as new and since the site is updated once a week, we are taking a huge risk that while we did film that model first and he was on Broke Straight Boys first, time his scene gets uploaded to the Broke Straight Boys site, he has already filmed for another studio so it looks as if he filmed at another studio first and we get "sloppy" seconds....this is what happen to many of the models we already filmed first on Broke Straight Boys, Charlie was one of them.

In today's world, models are NOT loyal to one studio. They want to make money and they want to make as much money as they can and work and film as much as they can and "ride" the gravy train until the end. So this is the challenging parts of operating a porn business. It doesn't effect just Broke Straight Boys, it effects anyone that is in this industry, eventually the guys you see on NDM, or Sketchysex, FRatX or Boyshalfwayhouse, or CF site...you name it will all make the rounds. That is something out of our control and at times we are lucky to hire the brand new guy that is just starting out which is my personal goal to do and hope they don't film somewhere else in the meanwhile as we are waiting for there scenes to come out on Broke Straight Boys

That way we will see the new guys before anyone else can “steal” them and make it look like you are getting “sloppy seconds”, so to speak. And even if you hold back a scene with guys who’ve been on the site before, does it make a difference if we see their scene sooner or later? And in a way that’s better for us to space out some of the scenes of the more experienced guys. I would suggest that you encourage Mark to push out the newbies before the regulars. Just a thought.

I have been saying this. These scenes are released with same models over and over again meanwhile he keep saying how they have alot more new face already recorded. It's literally a new month, they should released many new faces for the new year. Mikey has basically been in a scene every other week since Dec time. and Izzy has been used a lot as well.

When you only release ONE scene a week you can't keep using the same people over again. And you can't even have a proper rating system with that type of rollout. You keep saying its not the team that controls the site but the members, but thats just like saying if the site gets bad reviews its the members fault. This won't fly. And by the way I am a member too and like the other person in the thread its kind of been a ghost town until I showed up.

Yall have this site and your sister site along with the Ben Boys site but this site isn't even doing well enough for a new site in my opinion and most of the models on Ben Boys worked for other studios as well. Like COME ON! What are you guys even doing at this point?! It's just starting to sound like a bunch of excuses. I hope Mark is reading my comments.

Heres what needs to happen, let me help you guys out with ideas because this is bad. Use your Twitter and post photos of two NEW models asking fans which model do they want to see make their Broke Straight Boys debut first. If they look good enough, it will start people to want to engage and this will hopefully eventually bring in new traffic to the site.

More than one scene needs to be posted a week. I'm sorry, I don't know if the studio has the budget for this anymore but I believe its very important especially with site at the current that its in. and if you don't want to do that, the month of Feb. should include a new model in each update. This will allow fans to miss and anticipate the next from the first and second new guy but in the process still be excited through the month because new people are still rolling in. You can even released two new guys in the same scene sometimes. With the so many new guy released so close together, it will allow to studio time to still be looking for new talent and because so many guys were released at once it will allow fans to at least out of that group have one or two new faces they like. Even if a new guy gets bad reviews, ppl aren't just going to cancel their membership just like that because lets remember there's still other new guys on the site they actually like. and remember the phrase, "you can't please everybody" and that applies here as well. In this case, its not about pleasing me, I'm honestly just trying to take the time to help make your site better and I'm not even paid to do this. LOL.

Models may want to work other places so maybe start telling them they just have to work with you guys for a period of time first and then they can start to film other locations and if the studios likes them enough they can return and I don't know how long it takes for the crew to film or how many scenes you films a week or whatever because thats important too. Okay, maybe thats enough for now. Maybe we can start from here? thoughts?

Of all the most recent guys that have appeared on Broke Straight Boys, Darron Bluu has the highest rating and he has more experience than any of the guys in the past year. So most of the membership doesn’t really care what the few members of the forum think. (Me included). I prefer guys less experienced as well, like Justin Salvador and Duncan Story, but it is what it is. Plus, some of these boys don’t pass testings or they flake out and so Broke Straight Boys has to make things work. Most studios probably aren’t as strict.

You don't care but took the time to indirectly be petty towards me for trying to help making the site better. You mention how Darron Bluu has the highest rating, well guess what, its very possible that people are most familiar with him because of him working for other studios so he ends up with a higher ratings. And it seems to me Broke Straight Boys uses this to their advantage to help maintain a level of success for their site instead of finding new models themselves with little experience they are relying on previous experience models too much I'm assuming if they have good ratings that get on the site more too. Not to mention all the models recently averages around the same rate somewhere around 4.3-4.6. so how low do a rating have to be to be considered not good?!

Alot of the responses I got here didn't add up or didn't have enough evidence to support the point made. How is this site is going to grow and offer new and exciting material if all people going to do is want to watch the same models and script ever other week. mike was released on the 25, 1, and the 15. Thats a scene from the same model only with one break in between them and mind you it coming from a site that only release one scene a week so I myself don't care for his scenes so at the rate, I'll have to wait ever two just for an update and just hope that whoever they decide to release this week is good. If not i'm screwed for a another week. and sometimes we know two weeks in advance who's coming up so I end up having to wait almost another month because the model is another repeat of someone just released.

Look at the upcoming update now, Lucas Fucks Darron Hard is coming next and you know how many times Darron Bluu have been fucked HARD and by models with bigger dicks and here he is again and this scene want offer anything new from what fans have already seen. Scenes like this, if the studios is pressed on recording should be released far down the once more new people are on the site. After that its Birthday Boy Gets Fucked which includes Ashton, so to follow up a scene where the model worked everywhere, you put out another scene where the model worked everywhere. That makes no sense at all. If these models happens to be your favorite then selfishly they care they are used alot and most know they are used alot; theres just happy to see someone else they life and to hell with the other MEMBERS on the site which was kind of the tone you just made in your comment.

Elliot Dahl has only filmed 4 scenes with Broke Straight Boys and the members rated him low. When members rates the models or the scenes I am not sure what is going through there minds on what reasoning they give for a lower rating compared to a person like Darron Bluu that has filmed all over the place and has filmed multiple scenes for Broke Straight Boys and gets a higher rating so I am not sure what the overall thinking of the members.

I am not blaming members, its the managements has a rating system in place for a reason and what the members rate, management doesn't have control of what most members rate or if members rate I am not even sure if Broke Straight Boys lets say has 1000 members but only 50 members actually vote, then 950 members don't rate so I am not sure how accurate the rating system is so that is something management will need to explain if they wish to explain how it works.

As for hiring models. Its very easy to sit home and point out faults and models, but at the end of the day...we are at the mercy of which guys apply. I wish we had a lot more new guys applying all the time. We work with agents and they too have dry spells and a lot of times the guys that do apply just don't have the looks (too old, out of shape...etc). I wish we can hire a lot more new guys but a lot of these guys choose not to film porn and respectfully so, its takes a certain person that wants to do this type of work and some boys try it out and they figure out its not for them and they never return back or film with another studio.

I watch porn just like many of you guys, and I see a lot of the same models filming over and over again for the same sites. Perhaps I don't watch enough porn, but I do my best to keep an insight of what is going on with other studios so a lot you say is very true but a lot your very wrong, but I don't consider myself a "porn aficionado" so I only watch 5-10 sites and then I follow a lot of boys on twitter and I keep in touch with about 50 fans that don't post here on the Broke Straight Boys forum and we have a lot of private chats amoungst ourselves.

As I am only the crew that films for the owners (Management) so I am just giving you my point of view and what my daily job is on a day to day basis. I talk to many boys during the day, I hear about all the gossip and hear about the horror that goes on with other studios. Some guys will not do studio work and just film for there social media so it all depends on who applies.

As far as updates, rating systems, and the inner workings of Broke Straight Boys..this I don't know. I am only giving you my view point and I hope you understand and respect my view point as I am respecting yours.

See this is exactly why I don’t post anymore. Confrontation. There’s not a soul here that can’t say I haven’t tried to be better and step back, but the first time I just give an opinion, someone starts in on me. Honestly, I don’t even want to be here anymore…. I was hanging on because of the forum but even that is driving me crazy.
