Vadim's Latest

I guess my point is this, the forums don't need to be and shouldn't be limited by an either/or mentality. #1 likes his forum to be about discussing scenes and rating them. #2 likes his forum to be chatty and more personal. #3 (me) thinks the forums can and should be both. There is room for both here, just as there is room for differing points of view in life.
The more you write Sammigirl, the more I like you. I agree 100% that the forum is and should be whatever we want it to be, but at the same time I don't think we should ever "put down" anyone who chooses to use the forum differently than we do. A gay person should understand more than anyone else how there is room for diversity in all aspects of life.

Sometimes Joey You just Have to Ignore !!!........

I couldn't agree with you more, rafe; and thankfully there are several ways to do that on the forum.

Just because I can and just because some are interested, I'm going to share the latest out of Vadimville. Vadim Black has a scene coming out with Trans model Savannah Thorne.

I understand some of you feel that Vadim Black is so, like 2015. In the same breath let me just mention it could be said that Paul and Damien Kyle are like, so 2013. Yet the thread about their break-up is still active and hasn't received nearly the pounding this one generated.

It's fine if you like them and not him and vice versa. I didn't start this thread because I am a fan, I'm quite the opposite actually; I started it to continue a discussion started in a previous thread, a thread I couldn't locate.

Someone has too much time on his hands!! Take a grade school English course!!

It's cute you attempted to correct me when it's actually correct as originally stated. Maybe you should take your own advice...

Vadim Black is hot as hell and I don't care if he is a bit screwed up. Most pretty young confused guys are. Just glad we get to see that fine ass pounded. I like the more mature less manscaped version best. I think it's curious another site tends to make him a top. They must have way too manny bottoms which I'm guessing they do. I like it that he continues to show up here or at least has.

Wow - another thread I'd missed being absent for a few months. Great Philosophy Class 101, guys! I agree that there exists plethora opinions about what is good, exciting, loathsome, sensual, erotic, dull and boring, overdone or overcooked or over-opined - and it all happens right here on the Broke Straight Boys forum threads! So I give you a line from the Great Louis Armstrong - "It's a Wonderful World". That's what this forum says to me. Love the discussions but could do without the sniping. Now, that's just me. Some things never change.

I just wish that everyone would chill on the personal attacks. Members are encouraged to express their opinion & views & are often pounced upon for them. It's exhausting. And juvenile. And certainly in time with so much instability & unrest around the World shouldn't we try to respect & uplift each other. Keep the negative comments to yourselves

Of course you are correct Judge, that we should try to respect and uplift one another, but I do love the freedom that we are given, with minimal moderation or censorship. And so I cherish the freedom and try to overlook members who seem to take joy in spewing venom with little regard to how it may affect those they are being nasty to. But if given the choice, I will take the freewheeling uncensored format to continue here, and we can "self censor" by chastising inappropriate comments among ourselves without outside interference.

Well stated, Mikey. Well stated. I agree 100%! Tis the beauty of the forum. But I, personally, attempt to always withhold saying anything that isn't constructive critique rather than demonstrate a what could be perceived as a heartless attack. Just my style.

And to me, we have two separate issues here Ertas. One is how we treat our fellow forumites and the other is our comments regarding the models. Many have disagreed with me over the years, but I feel that the models are more fair game for criticism than we the paying members who post here.

I'm not sure how many models still access the forum as none post any more, but I still think we should refrain from being mean or nasty towards the models and their performances. But at the same time I think it's important that we state our honest feelings, be it complementary or negative, as I believe that is the purpose of the forum. We pay for the site and we should be able to offer our honest opinions on the product that we receive for our membership fee.

:001_smile::pirate:The truth is Mike, whether paying customers or consumers of free content, people will always express themselves differently! Some will be tactful (even when expressing negatives) and some will not or..cannot. It's a human condition. Each poster decides which camp they want to be in. That's just how I view it.

Well said, Betu! :)
