More than whether you actually end up in a filmed (or live?) clip for the program just the fact that they want you do the interview at all means that you're famous more places than just here and on College Dudes. I love the idea that you might go viral man. If they wanna talk about your pelvic thrust and "how you got into porn" make sure to answer all the questions rappin'. Don't speak a single word. Hey everyone!

I wanted to tell me favorite people about the exciting news. I had applied to be on MTV's "The Real World" awhile back and never heard anything. Last night I received an e-mail from them saying they would like me to audition for them in person next week!

Damn, I hate watching non-premium TV with commercials. However if you get it, let us know and I'll add "The Real World" to my DVR record list.

LOL, god no! I have planned on a moment like this for the past few years and how I would handle it. Even without being on the Real World, I am going to be in the public eye as Jimmy the Juice, with which my real identity is exposed.

That famous porn star Bree Olsen that was dating Charlie Sheen, her name was all over the place. Actually I know a lot of porn stars whose real name is exposed.

It doesn't change anything haha. I'm not someone who is going to go into hiding just to avoid people finding my real name.

You could tell me your real name and I highly doubt I can find you LOL.

Besides, let's say it wouldn't be in anyone's best interest to try and creep on me. I love and am very welcoming of fans, but please believe if anyone ever stepped over that boundary, they gonna see a different Rob Ryder haha

With your buzzy blond hair and bony (in an excellent way), chiseled face you look Scandinavian or at least Northern European. So maybe you have a last name similar to Bree's!

I'm glad to know that you have already considered those consequences whether it's through national television on RW or your recording career. Or both. Aren't you glad that you have the part about coming clean on the gay-for-pay job already behind you? At least your family knows now so you can check that off the list. lol

I hope you won't forget the people you've met in here when you reach stardom on the national stage. We've loved you and do love you in here, not because you are a household name from television...or because you're a famous rap artist that we want to claim that we know (just to try to impress other people)... We've loved you and do love you because you are a wonderful young man who has always showed us such kindness and warmth. That's the "Rob" that I will always remember and carry with me as you go on to find your own path in later adulthood and make your mark on the world. A rose by any other name is just as sweet. XO

What a beautiful post. Tampa, I've been teaching kids James' age since when I was a year younger than some of my students, and have seen them come and go for ages now. A very few of them (considering how many there have been) keep up with me. For even fewer (7 or 8) I'm still their guru and still have to weigh in on their biggest professional and career decisions.

If we don't get to contact James via a personal e-mail addy (he's not gonna broadcast that, for sure) we'll be able to mail him through his agent, or at the record company he signs with. And even if we only get a reply from his secretary ("James Jimmy the Juice Olsen was really chuffed to get your message, and he's asked me to respond since he's totally strung out getting the Asian tour in shape to ship out to Beijing. He told me to say that he remembers you and all the forumites clearly and wants you to know that he continues to value the time he spent with all of you back in 2011.") as I say, even if we only get a message from his secretary, I'll be happy. Go Jimmy.

I'm VERY glad that I came clean haha. Honestly, that was the biggest thing that forced me to tell my dad, because I've had it planned in my head for a long time that, in one way or another I will be in the public eye, and it would be better to get it out now before he finds out through MTV haha.
