The morphine is GREAT. I hope everyone is ok and doing well today. Jim brought me my computer today,so I'm back on-line. Dam I am tiered I don't under stand why the night shift nurses take your vitals every hour, you get back to sleep and they wake you up to take them again. OMG you should see the trainee. I asked him if he was the HEAD nurse.

What are they telling you about the outcome of the surgery? Did they get all the cancer? Any sign of it in other places? Enjoy the morphine. It at least allows you to sleep well. Rest up and take things slowly. I'm glad to hear that you have the surgery behind. With any luck that will be the worst of it for you. Please keep us up to date on how you're doing.

Personally, i2, I find a spoonful of morphine helps the orderly go down. Of course, one has to be careful about those orderlies, most of them are just panhandlers anyway. A nice young intern - now you can bring that home to mother, no questions asked. We all await the news with everything crossed, including our legs - and frankly, it's ruining my husbands social life.

Well the Doc say's He got all the cancer and it was early enough that it did not spread. I took a shit today and I get to go home in 48 hour's. I start on liquid's in the morning. Every time they changed the IV bag. In the morning I would say I was having eggs pancakes sausage and corn beef hash. And in the afternoon I would say I was having a porterhouse with a backed potato and a salad, and desert would be german choclet cake and some ice cream. Know it will be baby food for a week.

Besides I work a 15 hr day tomorrow and then Broke Straight Boys I get to wrap it up with A Broke Straight Boys Party at Club Z Bar... I think I am in a pretty heavenly mood today...
