On June 17, 2006 Jordan is presented with Nathan as "one of our models," a known quantity. But two weeks later on July 1, 2006 he is presented with Jarrett as a first time straight boy. This does not add up or make sense. I have seen other inconsistencies, like "straight" "first time" models showing up on other sites in gay DVD's that were produced BEFORE the model appeared on Broke Straight Boys

That is correct on what you pointed out. In some cases we put up the scenes in the wrong order...but we have been approving on placing up the scenes in order. In addition we have been improving the grammer of the text for each episode.

Some models have started with us and moved onto filming with other studios and others we hired models that have worked for other studios. In most recent episodes we are featuring guys that have never been seen before on other sites or on DVDs. However, in many of the begining episodes you will see models like Brad Star that started with us and went on to do many other scenes with major studios. Again...this is the case with guys who are GFP (gay for pay) type models...they are only gay for $$$ and only have sex with guys on film for $$$ only. Or they come into our studio...they're str8 curious...they work with our studio as there first-time and then they like the work...its not that bad...they made some $$$ and then they move onto other studios and many go from studio to studio and then you don't see those models again after about a year or two.

Keep in mind, our models don't work full-time, modeling is NOT a full time job. Models work job to job...if we don't offer them work, they go to other studios and make $$$. Many models are not loyal to just one studio..they are all broke and need money.

David, yeah, in this message for example the writing is a lot better. Some of the texts on College Boy Physicals were like ostensibly translated from Serbo-Croat in Braille by a 6 y.o. unfamiliar with English as it is spoken and spelled in the US, and the same with Broke Straight Boys I even thought you were from another country and had just picked up your English somehow, without studying it!!! But that also became part of the charm in a way.

Here's what I think is happening in the last few weeks on this forum: all of us are noticing these inconsistencies in, for example, episode order, or like where the models turn up before or after the shoots you do with them, or how good these guys are at playing straight for purposes of the episode, or how well or ill they pick up the cues you guys flash them off cam during a shoot, or maybe we pick up on the "gay" stuff (like kissing) that is chopped (not quite in time) because it isn't in character with the specific model's role, et cetera...and some of that can interrupt the mood you're in while watching the scene. I mean by that that you're jacking your throbbing wet boner, it feels so good, you can sense an awesome orgasm welling up somewhere down the line starting to tingle up your spine, your eyes are starting to blur a little, and...you run into an "inconsistency" and maybe the moment is lost for a second. On the other hand, with our dicks safe in our jeans, we are starting to compare notes, blog each other on here, and catalog these anomalies. This has got to be of tremendous interest to you guys, you and Patrick and Mark and Co, for totally obvious reasons. I've mentioned the grammar and spelling several times and it's cool you're doing something about it. And I don't doubt all the other observations are studied carefully by your team.

You guys run "fetish" sites in a way. Not spanking or leather or pee, but instead doctors, and "boys in a jam forced into doin' stuff they hate cuz they have to for the bread". That turns us on, I guess. I love this site, and like Clyde, I love the forums and the interaction on the threads. In a way the members who analyze the fluffs and mistakes and quality of the product are part of your team as much as they are member-customers. But remember through all this that we are paying for a dream, and when you break the spell in any way some of us can come down with a bump or can feel deceived. I personally really like the intrinsic awkwardness of the sites and jumpy splicing and the absurdities in some of what happens. I don't just like, I love, but anyway...

It's nearly 5 am here in Europe and yours truly needs to go back to bed for a couple of hours before headin' out to the site, but man I loved getting this all off my chest, sorry I was so long-winded...

We do appreciate the members concerns...and we deeply apologies for a lot of the bad grammer and yes we are working on it and we are making the improvements. As for for the episodes being uploaded...again...its being corrected...this happens once in a while and when we first started...we were still learning ourselves.

But keep in mind...don't take this site seriously...its entertainment...its fun! Watch it for the sex, the cute boys...or hot boys...the sex and the fantasy. Some guys on the site go from studio to studio...we can't help that...its the nature of the business...it happens to everyone in the business. We can't keep the models "locked" up in a closet until we are ready to film them...these guys are people too and most models are young men who just need to work & make money. Desprite times lead to desprite measures and this is an easy way to make quick money fast doing something that is fun. Yes! eventually you will see the models on Broke Straight Boys filming with another studio...and yes...you may see models from other studios working with Broke Straight Boys We are going to be utilizing more gay boys and helping out with "converting" the straight curious boys that come and film in our studio. Again...these boys are not 100% heterosexual...these guys are str8 curious guys doing this for the first-time in most cases or bi-guys with very limited experience with guys..I say this hundreds of times per post...so please I ask you...just enjoy the site and stop figuring out if a boy blinks, no its not a "secret" message...or if a boy is wearing a certain bracelet...or a hat...or looks away...this is just the guys filming in a studio...we have lights...monitors playing porn videos on them...we have boom mics...and there is a lot of things that are going on behind the camera so please stop trying to analyzing the site...just enjoy it!!! And yes...I'm a real person & yes I'm actually the guy writing this post that actually films the scenes.

We do appreciate all our members and we are very happy that you guys are making the site what it is...without you guys....we wouldn't be in business and this popular without all of you! And we truly thank you!!!

Wow, thanks for that fast reply man. You guys actually do a great job marshalling the talent you have available and getting it into coherent shape for uploading. I love the site the way it is, but I also think the analysis on the forums is fascinating. Some of us have turned into obsessive fans, like the people who think Elvis Lives, or the Trekkies, and part of our enjoyment of what you do has to do with the way it's done as well as the content. So I'm gonna watch for blinks OK? And maybe occasionally lay some kind of weird interpretation on them LOL...it's like teasing someone you really love, they aren't allowed to be offended...

I'm not gonna get any more sleep tonight, oh well...

I think these quotes from above make Slim's point very well about grammar and spelling:

"we deeply apologies for a lot of the bad grammer", "Desprite times lead to desprite measures", "stop trying to analyzing the site", "but we have been approving on placing up the scenes in order", "other studios and others we hired models that have worked for other studios" (not sure what that means?), "many of the begining episodes".
Now, My earlier point at the top of this page really had nothing to do with models doing stuff for other studios. My problem is being told that a guy is a "straight" "first-timer" when he is a gay guy who has done gay porn before. This is supposed to be a "reality" site and that is why I became a member. I prefer reality to acting. If a guy is gay then fine, just don't tell us that he is straight. Don't tell us that he is a first-timer unless it is truly his first time. This is not an uppity critique, just customer/member input intended to help Broke Straight Boys improve the product. Good product is what will keep members from dropping out and it will bring in new ones.

Please don't get me wrong...I think its great and we are super honored that we have such loyal fans! However, you guys can't read into and analyze if a model turns his head and looks a certain way...or of he blinks and certain way. Heck...we got an email a few months back that this member was super pissed off at me because one of the models was wearing a yellow rubber bracelot around his wrist. He swore and believed that this is how I tag the models to become top or bottom and who is really straight and who is really gay. This guy was bashing me and telling me that it was some kind of "inside code" and that he figured out "our secret" and that we are fooling people to believe the models are gay and he went on and on in his email.

I was a bit insulted and shocked that someone would actually think WE would place a yellow rubber bracelet on the models for this sole purpose. When in fact, the models brother had tescticular cancer and he donated to the Lance Armstrong foundation and when you donate you get a "yellow rubber bracelet" to help fight for a cure for testicular cancer. Its kind of like the "pink" ribbons to help fight breast cancer...dah!!! So I ask all the BSBers out there...please don't anaylze to much...the models are just scared...its there first time and sometimes there is a noise outside....the hear it and they look at me like if its okay. If you listen real well, sometimes you will hear the maintence men working on the building outside and the noises makes the models looks. You see the are trying to fuck and suck and jerk off...and they are getting into there own "sexual world" so when they hear a sound, they get a bit curious to what the sound is.

So again! there are no secret messages....no secret codes...just enjoy the site!

I'm sorry for my grammer and spelling...I write fast have and post fast because we are very busy in the office and I have lots of work to do...I do apologies for my lousy spelling and grammer, and no I'm not the person that writes the text for each scene because I do have bad spelling and grammer. I never claimed I was a perfect speller and an english major. As for the models....if we do place a model on the site that is gay or bi...we do disclose what the sexual preference of that particular model. If you have any questions about certain models being straight or gay...then please post it up and list the models that you believe are straight or gay...or whatever and I will kindly tell you there deal. Again!!! Many of these models are curious and once the work here...they move onto other studios and do work with other studios....this happens in this business and WE have no control over it. There are many models that are "gay for pay"...some have girlfriends and wifes and children and they only do gay porn for pay...again, this is the nature of the business.

Being a tax accountant I get paid to analyze and watch minute details. Just my nature.

Well lets just enjoy the porn and not worry about the models...I think this site offers a lot and many people love the site...members come and go and again...its the nature of the business...we can't satisfy everyone, just like a restuarant...you may not like seafood...but there are many that love eating seafood...

However, if you want, list the models in question. I will be happy to give you more information on those models for those inquirying minds.

David i think you are doing a excellent job i love the site and the hot lads you find for us!:thumbup1:
I know i would be scared shitless doing what those models do so i quite understand when a model looks after hearing a noise etc.
Keep up the good work!!!

Again! Thank you and we appreciate all our members support and truly thank each of you for understanding...filming porn is not so easy to film and its not easy for the models as well...I thank everyone that has posted and sent me positive remarks via email and private messages regarding our work and the models.

David that's awesome. I think if we got more behind the scenes stuff, we wouldn't be trying so hard to guess, and being so analytic. And info on the models is top of the list. Even the gossipy facts that Eric got too chubby to perform or that Dustin transgressed and was fired, all that stuff brings dimension to the models, with their lives outside the studio and away from the fold out sofa.

And the idea of a bloopers/outtake College Dudes is the same. I think it would be great if it were really funny, or really embarrassing, whatever...a lot of us, as you can tell, are into interaction.

It's what we are all used to, guys who get a certain percentage of their sex from their roommate Mr. Hand while watching a computer screen. We interact bigtime, chatting, camming with other horny dudes, bloggin' our complaints about Bush.

Interaction with you is so great. When I was first on, way before the forum, you took the time to answer a long email of mine with a long one of your own. I was knocked out. You're really the reason I joined, even though I've always said it was Tyler :).

I think you made your point. I am dyslexic. So, I really don't put a lot of stock into words that are spelled wrong. I just enjoy the site for what it is, a fantasy.

My ultimate fantasy would be as follows:
Hell, I wish I had a million dollars to offer a group of 6 young straight college age men if they can give up girls for a year and only have sex with each other durring that time period. There is a catch. The million dollars goes to the guys who scores the most points in a year. How are points scored you might ask? There is a score sheet for every love making encounter that your partner can fill out. That is right, I said can fill out. It is not required. However, evaluations would be as follows:
  1. A possible 10 points for love making originality.
  2. A possible 10 points for passion.
  3. A possible 10 points for sucking technique.
  4. A possible 10 points for seduction.
  5. A possible 10 points for kissing.
  6. A possible 10 points for an outstanding hand job.
  7. A possible 10 points for rimming technique.
  8. A possible 10 points for ride time.
  9. A possible 10 points for topping. (Oh, yeah, you gotta evaluate how well the top fucked the guy on the bottom)
  10. A possible 10 points for bottoming. Oh, yeah, you gotta evaluate how well they person interacted and participated as a bottom.)
  11. And last but not least a possible 10 points for orgasamatic pleasure.

Rules are simple they all live in the same house:
  • Each member can only score points for another resident if they actually participate in a sexual encounter with them.
  • Residents cannot rate themselves nor can household members discuss how they rated their partners with their partners. (Durring the actual act of sex they can make suggestions of how to improve performance only.)
  • Participants must respect each other and eachother's right to privacy within the house.
  • They can have as much sex as they want to provided their hand or their partner(s) are willing.
  • Sex cannot be forced nor can anyone be verbally harassed/coersed into doing something that he does not want to.
  • Having sex with anyone other than the six guys living in the house is an automatic disqalification.
  • Oh, yeah, evaluations will be done online in private. (that is the point scoring).
  • Every room in the house will have cameras running 24/7 and there will be night vision for viewers to watch the action daily.
  • No sessions will be recorded "you snooze you loose."

Oh, yeah, I forgot the participation clause. Individuals who go a week or more with out participating in any sexual activity loose 100 points a week, (Hey, a hand job isn't too much to ask for once a week.)

Kind of a Straight goes Gay "Real World." You talk about Gay for pay or a Gay hit reality show. LOL  I could only imagine what these guys will do... LOL.

Since, I don't have a million dollars to fulfill that fantasy this site does just nicely to fill in the void. And I think the action is just as hot.... David and Mark and the Broke Straight Boys team deliver every week. I really don't care how they write about it. I am here to watch it.

BTW anyone got a couple Million Dollars to invest in a web show?? Just kidding. :001_tt1:

Any chance we can send fan email to the models? I found Nelson, Nu and Ethan the hottest. How about having the three of them together? Fantasy-come-true!

Dear Dande01, Patrick, Mark & Co
I think you guys really do a fine job. I have had the pleasure (and pain) of membership on several sites over the years, (SCM comes to mind), but never was there another with the committment level to the "fans" that is shown here with the forum. You have been straightforward (no pun intended) with us, and I appreciate that more than I can say. Keep up the fine work, and I will keep watching!

Wow! That's nice. Mark and David have been friends of mine for years and so I know how much they put their heart and soul into the site. I know they will appreciate your acknowledgement of their hard work. Thanks!

Dande1 and the guy who posted this are members of Broke Straight Boys's for the wrong reason, I think. I watch to see the guys suck and fuck. Dande sounds like my English teacher and the other guy..... David I don't care if a word is mispelled and I don't think a lot of other guys and gals do either. For some reason Dande1 and this other guy doing numbers about spelling kind of pisses me off. Its as my mother would say "Rude."
