Rowan fucks Oliver

Perhaps Rowan needs the right partner. He didn't seem to have that problem iin his scene with Kaden Alexander. Maybe he likes man on man sex.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Or perhaps for him its a hard-on killer having to look at the complexion issues. :bored::closedeyes:

A little nasty. But true. But this now is a primarily a basic regular. Not top notch gay porn site.
We have to take what they give us. And there are four or five cuties.:2c:

Just for clarification johnny, I really wasn't trying to come across in a nasty way, although it may have sounded that way. I feel that we, as members, pay a reasonable amount of money for access to this site and the boys are paid what I assume is a reasonable amount of money for performance on this site, therefore one would assume it is a "professional" site. To what degree of professionalism may be up for debate, but the fact that it is professional is not. Having spent a considerable amount of time in a profession where appearance and attitude was important I may place undue importance on it. I don't think that Oliver is unattractive by any means, I personally don't find him hot for my taste. He has a nice body but the moment the camera hit on his face I had to do a double take in order to believe what my eyes were seeing. I felt it was inappropriate for management to allow it without intervention. I also felt that Oliver should have cared enough about himself to look in the mirror and asked for some help to overcome the problem. While it may seem superficial on my part, I personally would not have wanted to participate in sex under those circumstances, which may have also affected Rowan's reaction, or "lack" there of.
I realize that all the guys can't/don't look like Jason or Brady but I would think that they would want to present themselves a well as possible, both in looks and attitude. That's what we are paying for and that's what they are being paid to do. Again, no offense was intended toward Oliver.

Hey guys, I think we're moving somewhat off the mark here. This wasn't a horrible scene. It wasn't the greatest they've done, but there were some really good qualities to it. I think the director missed the mark by not switching the staging around to shoot Oliver from his left profile. That would have lessened the impact of the complexion problem. Rowan had far less of a "boner" problem than he did at first, and that seemed to disappear when he was fucking Oliver. And Oliver has a pretty big cock, bigger than Rowan's. That might have made Rowan look like he wasn't fully erect, but I think he was pretty damn close. And he got Oliver to bust while he was getting fucked, so it must have worked at some level.

There were some big issues that could have been dealt with better, but when we get to the point where we have to go into long explanations and feel like we have to apologize over things said, maybe we're getting too involved. It could be that atmosphere where Broke Straight Boys makes us feel like part of the family, but just remember, IT'S PORN!

PS I include myself in this criticism.

Guys, as an "old timer" on the forum, I can tell you that forumites have been analyzing and perhaps over analyzing stuff like this as long as there has been a forum. We've criticized skin condition, dental hygiene, dirty hair, dirty feet, weight issues, facial hair, tattoos plus of course "bad attitudes", models being "too gay" and this list just scratches the surface. And I've certainly been involved in my share of them myself. I believe it is the nature of having a forum, and all of us bringing our own personal sensibilities into the discussion.

And if any of the models happen to read our griping about their hygiene or whatever issues, they all have the last laugh as they are getting paid and they are all between 18-30, while many of us are twice or more their ages and would love to be their age again ourselves, problems and all. lol

I think the point of the forums (for me, anyway) is to voice our opinions and discuss various topics. I do not want anyone to have to whitewash what the say or avoid sharing opinions, however, there is a difference between being critical and being nasty. You can do one without the other, and the one is totally uncalled for, regardless of the issue or personal feelings or opinions. There are always ways to discuss even sensitive issues without being a jerk about it! And we certainly cannot get all pissed off at a model if he gets nasty or bitchy on his personal social media and then turn around and act the same way here ourselves.

I couldn't agree more with you Scott, except with one caveat, and that is something that I can't completely come to terms with. That is exactly where is that line between "being critical and being nasty"? On this very thread, I started a post with what I thought was a funny image, and as I previewed it before posting it, decided to delete it, as I could see it being hurtful to Oliver, and I know that he reads the forum.

Since Mark first gave the models posting rights on the forum, I've been torn between feeling free to share and "dish" and have fun with my forum friends, and then realizing that sometimes the models read what we say, and these are sometimes very vulnerable young guys who may have turned to porn out of desperation to make easy money, and I would never want to intentionally add to the shit they are going through in life. I have no definitive answers as to where 'the line" between honesty and nastiness should be drawn. As Scott has as the signature on his posts,

Believe me, being a relative newbie on here, I read all of your and everyone else's posts that have obviously been on this site much longer than myself. I think you gentlemen are a great asset to this site and have a lot of respect for your opinions. Honestly, I usually read your posts about a scene before I actually watch it. Often times I find your posts more entertaining than the scene. I didn't take offense at your response and appreciate your concern over how I took it. I guess I just needed to get that issue I had with the scene off my chest.
On a more personal level, I sure miss the quality salon's in SF. They don't know how to cut men's hair in the desert!

After opening my big mouth early on in posting here, I draw the line at making accusatory comments about models. For as particular as Oliver is about his hair and wardrobe, I don't think he felt comfortable shooting the scene with the complexion problem. And since there were going to be several scenes shot at the same time but spaced out over their release, management should have been more particular in minimizing the exposure. Therefore, I've tried to avoid saying that Oliver didn't care about it. So you're right, mike, there is a very thin line that can be crossed. :2c:

Yes, it can be a very fine line, and to some extent is in the eye of the beholder. I understand that and would hope everyone else would, as well. That's one of the biggest downfalls of the internet -- the inability to comprehend intent or voice. Something can be written with tongue in cheek or a wink which reads as nasty and hurtful. I fall into that trap myself and find that often my intent is misread or misinterpreted because there is no way to get the little vocal inflections or facial expressions, so a dry sense of humor often seems like bitchiness when simply read and not heard and seen. So I've tried to stay very aware of that in my posts and online exchanges with others who do not know me in "real life." But there are certain blatant and obvious examples of crossing that line that isn't difficult to see.

Also -- and I've said this repeatedly and am always derided by others who disagree -- I don't think allowing the models access to member forums is wise because it stifles what people say and how freely they speak, and causes undue hostilities between models and members. I still say that model/member mixing should be limited to the "Chat with Our Models" forums. I think that would eliminate hurt feelings and issues where a model might react poorly to some negative comment and then have to be "punished" by management and banned from the forums. But that's just my own opinion.

I have to agree with you on this. That's why there's the two forums. But as long as models have access, if a model's been banned I think it should be for a short period of time. They should have the chance to live and learn how to react to negative comments from a member.

If he can use something other than electric shears and a bowl he would be in like Flynn.
