For the most part, after your third D.U.I., a hefty fine is in order that's anywhere from $5000-$10,000. Depending on the length of time between your offenses, you could be penalized with a mandatory prison sentence as well. It can be anywhere from three months to five years(usually it's shorter if you have no other offenses on your record), plus your license gets revoked- anywhere from five to ten years following your third offense; and that's usually implemented AFTER you've served your sentence. So yeah, he's had a rough go of it as of late.

My Nephew went to jail because of three DUIs. Lost his License. Maybe that's just in California? Cost my Brother allot.
But he was cute and I heard had a big dick. And Was Straight. That's where the story differs.lol
He also seemed a little femmish to me, but I thought he was sweet so waiting for his scene. In Washington we have very strict DUI laws especially now that Pot is legal. Your first offense could cost you 10 grand plus mandatory treatment center.
I was totally unimpressed and the whole DUI thing shows he lacks a lot of maturity. I sure hope he learns from the third one, but I doubt that since is a sign of a much bigger problem. Hope he cleans it up.

He sounds like a Midwesterner to me and he says he is from Oklahoma which would explain the accent. He definitely has some Indian blood in him, just look at those cheekbones and the body shape. Oklahoma has some serious DUI penalties. Unlike California a third offense for dui is a felony and can be punished by a prison term of 1 to 20 years as well as a mandatory suspension of a license for a minimum of one year and the requirement of an Ignition Interlock Device when the person resumes driving. This is in addition to 480 hours of community service and a 5,000.00 fine.
The truth is that Indians as is also true of many people with East Asian genetic markers have difficulties with alcohol. It is not that they necessarily are more susceptible to alcoholism but rather that their bodies lack a few enzymes Caucasians and Africans have. Their bodies absorb alcohol much more rapidly than Caucasians and African descent people and so more alcohol hits their system faster and accordingly has a larger punch.
