Real Sports - Athletes, Teams & Men that we follow and admire.

Hey Mikeyank check out 22 year old Mets rookie Brett Baty, who homered in his first major league. But for purposes of your thread, he is very hot!
I did see his pic in the newspaper when he hit a home run in his first game and thought that he might be hot. I will search for some online pics. And yes that is the purpose of this thread, to both talk about games and teams and to also show guys who are hot, much as I’d intended with my ordinal, “Hot Professional & College Sports Guys” thread.

Brett is 22, Height 6′ 3″, Weight 210 lbs. And he does look like “my kind of guy”. :001_tongue:

Thanks for the Brett pics! If you look closely at the first one, that's a Syracuse Mets uniform he is wearing! He had a big two run single tonight in the Mets' win over the Phillies, and has driven in four runs in his first three games with the Mets. The Sports Section of today's NY Times had a great pic of a grinning Brett with his batting helmet practically pushed down over his eyes after his teammates greeted him after his homer in his first major league at bat!

Do you see my point of how much hotter it is to see a cute athlete that you know who he is and you watch him compete on the athletic field than just a random body? Those can be cute too but watching a Joey Baker or JJ Redick or even your new guy, Brett makes it more exciting to see a real guy.

I do agree, which is probably why I have followed Duke basketball over the years!

Tonight, (weather permitting) at Yankee Stadium begins Part II of the 2022 Subway Series between the Yankees and Mets. There could be a Part III but that would take a lot as it would occur only in the World Series, but a lot would have to happen for that to occur.

The Yankees have been playing their poorest baseball of the season lately while the Mets are playing great, however the Yankees have an 8 game lead in their division, while the Mets lead Atlanta by 4, in theirs. But the Mets do have a better record. 79-44 to the Yankees 74-48. And the Mets have their two aces going in Scherzer and deGrom, while the Yankees best two pitchers just pitched against Toronto, Cole & Cortez. Hopefully the rain will stay away and it should be a packed Yankee Stadium tonight and tomorrow night in a great inter-city rivalry.

Excellent analysis!

Yankees took opener 4-2. Judge back on track with home run #47. Back on pace to equal Roger Maris with American League record of 61. And Yankees catch a break tomorrow with Mets not using ace Jacob deGrom tomorrow. To be continued……

By the way, one of the newer Yankees, Andrew Benintendi has had some good games in the last few games. And he has always looked good to me whether in a Boston, Kansas City or New York uniform. Andrew is hot!!!

Max was going for his 200th win and got his 100th loss instead!

Yankees won again 4-2 to sweep Mets series at Yankee Stadium and split the season series 2-2. And Aaron Judge hit home run #48. But more importantly the Yankees have now won three in a row and hopefully are back on track. Good night and good series for Yankees fans.

The home team was 4-0 in this year's subway series. It's been a brutal ten game road trip for the Mets, four games in Atlanta, four games in Philadelphia and the last two at Yankee Stadium.

Sweeping the Mets at Yankee Stadium on Monday and Tuesday night seems to have jump started the Yankees who’ve now won five in a row after playing abysmal baseball for over a month.

Twenty-three year old Oswaldo Cabrera has been terrific. Last night he had three hits for the second night in a row and barely missed an RBI fourth hit late in the game.

I just heard that the last Yankee rookie to have back to back three hit games was Steve Whitaker back in 1966. I was sixteen years old that season and had a huge crush on the twenty-three year old Steve. :smiley-love021: Some things never change lol

Here is a little post game interview I just saw with Oswaldo in a sleeveless shirt. Nice body. As former forumite, Buckeye1 would say, “I’d do him”.

As one who does not care for tattoos on gay porn models, I just read an amazing sports news headline: the Yankee reliever Chapman was just placed on the injured list due to an infection from a recent tattoo! You can't make this stuff up! Great Mets Old Timers Day today, retiring Willie Mays' # 24, and five present and past Mets managers present, two of whom also managed the Yankees. Bobby Valentine was present wearing his infamous fake mustache which he last wore after he was ejected from a game and came back to the dugout in disguise!

MKike, every day on your other sports thread I post some gifs & a very short video strictly sports related , today's video is of a top college swimmers three greatest wins it is less than 2 minutes long. I am sure this second item unrelated sports item may have been tried before. It involves advertising the Forum to the general membership. As you know I have been a Broke Straight Boys member since its founding year but only became a Forum member in 2020. It might help to advertise the Forum with the general information on joining and elsewhere. Just a thought and please excuse if yoou have suggested already.

While the Yankees lost another game last night in Anaheim, shrinking their American League East lead to 7 games over second place Tampa Bay, the big news of the night was Yankee superstar Aaron Judge hit his 50th home run of the year and became the tenth player in major league history to accomplish that feat at least twice. Babe Ruth did it four times, three accused steroid cheaters, (Sammy Sosa, Mark McGurwe and Alex Rodriguez did it 4, 4 and 3 times). Judge joins Ken Griffey Jr., Mickey Mantle, Willie Mays, Ralph Kiner, and Jimmy Foxx as two time fifty home run guys.

And this is still August with the regular season going into the first week of October this season. The sky is the limit for the great Aaron Judge. Although I didn’t see it live as I need to go to sleep early on work days, it has been my pleasure to witness this most spectacular season of Mr. Judge.

ALL RISE! HERE COMES THE JUDGE. LOL

You are a very nice and sweet man br, but I would respectfully ask you to please stop referring to the other sports thread as “your other sports thread”. I started a thread in 2016 called “Hot Professional & College Sports Guys” to show hot guys who I watch play sports on TV, as I am a voyeur and love to see guys I know of and can relate to. Tampa and yourself have taken it in a totally different direction, so I started this one to get my original concept back on track.

I think it is great that you, Tampa and kg now use that thread for your own purposes but it is no longer, “my thread”, which is fine as I now have this one to play on. Lol It is all good!

Mark is the one you need to suggest this to, as although I sometimes jokingly refer to myself as “the mayor” here, I am not a real one. I only play one on the forum. Lol

But if you look at the home page in the upper right corner, Mark does prominently mention the Message board and list the latest threads, so it is really up to general membership to either participate or not. I have heard from forumites in the past that they read this board for a while before they registered to post here. Most folks who are members just want to watch the porn and not discuss. It. But again, it is all good.
