President Bill Clinton was the former Governor of Arkansas and his Presidential Library is located in Little Rock, AR. Errors happen all the time with the mail as people can easily assume that AR and Arizona could be one in the same.

Unfortunately the concerts you are asking about, I am not familiar with them.

#1 probably the most interesting question my brother asked was "does it feel good? do you like it?" I simply just told him that all males have a prostate that can be stimulated for pleasure and that I have alot of fun doing it and I work with awesome people!
