I believe that
Ronan Kennedy is doing cam shows with his current boyfriend which is different from showing up at a studio and be paired with random guys that the studio sets up.
Ronan Kennedy has always seemed to me to be a class guy, from his banter before and after scenes, from his one post on the forum back when there was a mini controversy regarding him "hurting" Junior during a sex scene, to his social media posts regarding his sad and unfortunate incident involving his stabbing.
