It makes a lot of sense to me, JLipps. I have to admit that at the very end when Johnny said that he would do nothing more and that he had already crossed the line doing the solo, my mind was going back to the days when a statement like that only meant a challenge for me. I figured that he WOULD do more, but would have liked the challenge and uncertainty to have lasted a little longer. Half of the fun in picking up straight men was the challenge, for me at least.

Actually JLipps, it makes PERFECT sense, in that the image we now have of him as a truly straight guy would be hopelessly shattered if he turned into a "gay for pay" icon. We might still love him for his image, but .....
