I saw this ad for
Broke Straight Boys today on Mark's other site
JustUsBoys. I don't remember the third guy on the right, but seeing Jamie made me realize how hot I thought he was at the introduction of BSB2. Many on the forum called him "homophobic" as they did with the young man on the left in the ad, but I thought that Jamie was very hot, and while he may have bitched and moaned, when push came to shove, (pardon the pun)
, Jamie did it all and took it like a champ.
And I do like straight guys with an edge, a bit of attitude. And obviously they were popular models or
Broke Straight Boys would not be using their images today in November of 2012 as a means to get new members to the site.
While I don't want to get jon all excited (lol), I have to agree with you, mikey. I liked Jamie, as someone else posted not at the very beginning, but as he got more into the
Broke Straight Boys scene, he became at ease doing the gay for pay thing and he was a great top. He reminded me of some of the hustlers I picked up over the years. He had that "street" vibe going for him. And if he is to be believed during his first scene interview, he did say he was living under a bridge.
But your post got me to thinking about some of my favorite models just of the
Broke Straight Boys 2.0 and 2.5 eras who have not been on for a while; so I did a little checking and here's a run down of some of my favs and the last time they were in a scene:

Fortunately for me, my guy,
Johnny Forza, has been on recently, 11/17; and another fan fav,
Max Flint was on 11/10.
And I'm sure other forumites have their favorites and they should check them out to see how long they've been off site. It seems as if we are getting deluged with a whole lot of newbies in scene after scene without the spacing that use to be between them. I understand when you get a model who is willing to do more than a solo, he is filmed for two or three scenes on a trip. But in the past, they seemed to have been sprinkled out over a period of time with other scenes. But now we are getting them almost back to back.
And I'm going to vent here, so I apologize ahead of time if I offend any
Trey Evans fans - but he's back again. He must be one of Clay's favorites or he has some dirt on somebody. He is just not that good and yet he keeps turning up like a bad penny. I can't tell from the thumbnail pix and write-up whether the scene coming up is oral or anal - I'm hoping oral with Trey just rimming the new guy. Because Trey is not really that great at oral or bottomming, but his being a top just doesn't compute. This scene is scheduled on Thanksgiving - surely nothing for which I can give thanks. I'm sure it will be a turkey and not in the good sense of that word.
And then we get Dexter and Adam back for what I presume is an anal scene - but note the date - 12/10. That has to be an error unless
Broke Straight Boys is now going to update only every 18 days.
Methinks something is amiss at
Broke Straight Boys After a run of hot models and hot scenes in late summer and into the fall, we seem to be getting the bottom of the barrel. Either they are having a run of bad luck getting hot models to do more than solos (I'm thinking of the wildly popular
Dan White who never returned after his solo) or money is tight and they have to settle for less than prime candidates (although the guy in today's scene is prime) - can anyone say
Trent Jackson?
I hope as
Broke Straight Boys expands into cable television, those of us who support what I assume is one of the bulwarks, if not THE foundation of the empire are not forgotten and/or short-changed. That would be a tragedy of epic proportions and an insult to all members, but especially those members who have been here from the beginning or close to it.
So I'm climbing down from the soapbox now and heading off the bed. These are my opinions so if you agree fine or if you disagree I can't really help it - that's your perogative. But if I offend anyone's sensibilities, I'm sorry, but sometimes I just have to vent and I try not to get into ad hominem negativity which I think I have avoiided here, but if you perceive otherwise, I apologize.
