My trusty Spanish to English translator tells me that you said,

"Miguel, one indeed modest days we are going to eat together. It is not a problem. I speak the language and yes, I have pants. lol!"

It will be my pleasure, Louis!!!

It has been a wonderful day and it keeps getting better with all the warm sweet words from my fellow forumites. Thank you one and all.

Mike. You cheated. I still use an old fashioned paper dictionary to translate sentences for me,word for word. But rest assured, I do speak Spanish fluently.

Interesting about my knowledge of Spanish Harlem. On that particular visit to NYC, I stayed for a week with friends who lived in Gremarcy. They both worked during the day so I would wonder around the city. I went up and took the tour of Grace Cathedral. On my way out I turned the wrong way and wound up in Harlem. It was a wonderful experience. When I got back they were shocked I had been in that part of the city. They said I could have been robbed or killed. I responded by saying that it was not a problem. I spoke the language!
