Here is the first Superman on the big screen.

How did you feel about The Dark Knight trilogy mikeyank?

I'm not a big movie buff Drake, so I must admit I've not watched them.

I cannot wait for the next Man of Steel/Batman movie to be released in 2016. To understand the plot to this movie you have to watch the last Batman movie. It ends with a cliff-hanger where Batman flees and becomes a fugitive and wanted man. In the new movie, Superman is commissioned to find Batman and bring him back to justice. After their battles, Batman convinces Superman that he is an innocent man and that he took the wrap for the Commissioner. Superman and Batman then join forces to find and fight the enemy.

Although it was so untrue to the comic book, I was a big fan of the television show starring Adam West & Burt Ward.

I saw this image of Burt Ward from back then. Is this him??? If so, he truly was "the boy wonder"!!!!

The TV series was so campy and silly - - - but a lot of fun! And Burt Ward was such a cutie-pie!!! P.S. Of course, on the campy side of all this - I loved Liberace's appearance in the series, as the evil, "Chandell" - LOL! (It was the highest-rated episode of "Batman", during its airing. . . )

P.S. Louis - little-known fact: when Henry was a wee lad in his English prep-school, he was very pudgy, and teased and derided by his mates as "FAT CAVILL." Well, apparently, Henry got the last laugh ;-)

P.P.S Louis - here is a shirtless montage of Henry's film and TV appearances, from the incomparable YT channel, "All About Strength". The first couple of minutes are dedicated to previous "Supermen" - then it's on to Henry. And trust me, it is a feast for the eyes ;-)

Yea man! Captain America: The Winter Soldier had some amazing fight scenes. My favorite had to be the one where he was in the elevator and he beat up all of the Agents of Shield! haha good times.
