Increase PM post load?

Itis a wonderful thing that we who skulk in the background of this incredible forum are able to PM up to 5 people at a time. BUTwould it be possible to make all our sly machinations easier by doubling the number of people we can send to simultaneously? Just a thought. Thanks for listening.

Right now, we can PM 5 people at a time, but, counting you me, and several others, if we want to notify all our close contacts at once, we would need to send the same message at least twice to 2 different lists of recipients. Go to your PM page, and in the recipient list, type me, then Tucson, then Whoever else, as you type each name, a semicolon will appear at the end of the name, you'll see, it's easy.

Stephane, I've saved a bunch of PMs in my inbox that I don't want to lose, and have had to delete others that I would have liked to save but which would have put me over the limit if I did. Could we have more inbox space too? I realize that's a lot different from making it so we can copy a message to more than 5 guys at a time, but can you fix it anyway, or would it slow us all down?

Stephane, you just effin' knock me out every single time. I swear I thought doing that would be a big electronic problem and that it wasn't even worth bothering asking you about. One of my mottoes is "Don't look for problems, look for solutions" and I think of it every time you surface on the Forum (not only when you're answering something or fixing something, but also when you're contributing as just one of the guys). You would be one totally ace dude to hang out with mister. In Mallorca we would say you are "muy, muy majo". Thanks for doubling the PMs we can store.

I just wanted you all to know that I recently had a talk with our handsome moderator. I had asked him about the possibility of giving us more space available on individual PM's. As some of you may have noticed it is not possible to send a PM of more than 500 units. (Or some other unit of measurement. I'm not sure)

In any case for longer PM's it is sometimes necessary to break it up into 2 pages or more of individual PM's. Or sometimes you are forced to delete the previous reply that you are wanting to quote in your response. Well not anymore.

Steve didn't just give us more space to write PM's, he made it UNLIMITED! We can now write PM's of any size without having to chop them up into smaller fragments. And we can keep chain PM's going among larger groups of us without having to delete anything for lack of space.

Steve is too shy to claim the credit for helping us out. So I wanted you guys to know that we can now write PM's of unlimited size. We have yet another reason to love our Scorpio.
