I want to apologize personally to you Nobelegg, I know you're one of my biggest supporters, and I know this scene has not been to many members expectations. I commented on the issue on the scene thread, but I want to assure you it was just a minor hiccup, I wasn't in my element for that shoot and was just getting over a cold. I just hope this scene hasn't deterred you or other fans from my work, or from Broke Straight Boys We strive to constantly make top notch scenes and this one unfortunately fell way below par. I have a scene with Cage Kafig in the lineup that I believe everyone will enjoy thoroughly, it was one of my favorite scenes to do since I started with Broke Straight Boys, almost exactly a year ago.

View attachment 11341 So I took this pic earlier this evening when I went to leave the house to go get me some Chipotle. Just another typical winter/spring/summer day here in Colorado. We got into the high 60's today, but the shadow from the roof only allowed half the snow on the yard to melt. IT SNOWED YESTERDAY! And my lawn looks like it's mid-July! What the shit is that?!? All I want to do is go back to work at the water park and with days like this where it gets so nice I start to go insane when I realize it's only March... for Fuck's sake! Hahahaha

It has been a crazy winter; here in Dallas we've had 4 bad ice storms. Earlier this week, I was in LA visiting my daughter when Steve said we were getting more ice until Wednesday. I changed my flight home to last night; why would I leave 70's and sun for ice?!

So I decided I wanted to get this tattoo about a year ago. I wanted to do a camera lens facing straight on, with a multi-colored center with the words, "Treat life like your favorite photo, and place it in the best light." I struggled for the longest time with what to put around the text and camera lens, because I didn't want it to look bare, I thought it wouldn't look right. So I had ideas of Columbine flowers or our class flower behind it to tie it all together, but the more I thought about it the more I realized it would become too detailed and the colors would eventually fade into one another. So I tried to think of a more simple idea that would still have meaning to me. Thats when I came up with the idea to use the Colorado flag. I've been born and raised her in Colorado and I couldn't think of a place I would rather want to be than right here in this beautiful state. And it fit nicely with the camera lens, so my final drawing was of a round colorado flag, with the lens in the middle, and the yellow in the center of the lens. The dripping effect I added just to make it look more artsy and cool.

As someone so wisely pointed out to me (thanks, Johnny), we all have off-days, and we all have days off. I can accept imperfection, even though I rarely allow it from the models I film. Still, I do not make it a practice to become a fan to any of my models, so that allows me to become a fan of Ian Dempsey.
I shall not view Cage Kafig in your upcoming video. I shall watch him in other productions, as I am confident he is of decent caliber. You, however, are of exceptional caliber, so keep up your attitude, your perseverance, and your striving to be the best you can, which is all anyone can expect. So it's been a year since I've been with Broke Straight Boys, and it's crazy to realize how fast time has gone by, and how everything has changed since then. I remember filling out my application online, the whole time I couldn't believe I was doing this. I didn't know at the time that there was a Broke Straight Boys and College Dudes, I just knew that to company's name was BluMedia. It wasn't until Mark suggested moving me over to Broke Straight Boys that I rallied that there were two different websites. I never thought I was gonna get a call from the producers just 4 days after submitting my application. The first time I drove to the mansion, I thought I was lost. I was expecting a commercial building with blinds and bars on the windows, but to my surprise it was a modern day mega house! I was so scared to drive up the driveway in my truck, because I knew that if I hit or broke anything, I would never be able to pay to get it fixed, haha.

When I knocked on the blue metal door there was a pause, a moment of uncertainty. What if I really wasn't at the right place? But a few moments later, Shannon answered the door, which then led me to believe that this was his house. I introduced myself, and he did the same, and then he just wandered back into the kitchen where all the models were, leaving me standing in the entryway, completely flabbergasted by what I was seeing. The first few times I visited the mansion I never said much, I was always so taken aback by how amazing the house was, and that I was inside it! I remember I was never given the official tour of the house, nor did Sabrina or Shannon go over the house rules with me. I think it wasn't until mid-Agust that they realized they had never done any of that stuff with me, so they kindly gave me the full tour, and made me sign the model rules.

Fun Fact #1: To this day, there are only two rooms I have yet to see within the mansion walls, Damian's bathroom and closet. I don't know why this is, but I now have made it a point to never see those two rooms, so theres always a little bit of mystery when I visit. Lol.

After my first shoot with College Dudes, Mark had me over often to help with new camera equipment and test Go-Pros in the pool, looking for cool shoots to use in later videos. Two weeks after I shot my scenes with College Dudes, Mark made the decision to move me over to Broke Straight Boys A decision I was totally okay with, its just all about the money. Despite having already filmed two scenes, I was still nervous when I started with Broke Straight Boys, I was always a little shaky and uncomfortable. It wasn't until I did my scene with Paul that I wasn't nervous anymore. Paul has a very calming presence and fun attitude, and working with him allowed me to feel more "at home."

Fun Fact #2: My scene with Paul was my 4th scene with Broke Straight Boys, and is now the 5th highest rated scene on the site.

One of my favorite memories of when I first started out was when Adam and I spoke in German accents for an entire day trying to get Sabrina to laugh, and that night while eating dinner in the dining room, she threw a biscuit at us from across the table. A moment that was actually caught on film. I may have to get to Damian to pull that out of the archives to share. Sabrina is by far one of my favorites among the staff. As she puts it, "I'm like the cool aunt that you tell things to because you don't want to tell your mom." And every time models leave for the studio, she yells out, "Make Auntie Sabrina proud, boys!!" I love her sense of humor!!

Fun Fact #3: Over this past summer we used Mark's backyard to make a Porn Star Slip-n-Slide which consisted of long sheets of plastic and a highly secret mixture of warm water, dish soap, and Swiss Navy silicone lube.

Yes, a lot has happened in this past year, things I couldn't forget even if I tried! But I'm very happy that I've been able to share it all with the BluMedia staff, the Broke Straight Boys models, and all of you members. Summer is rapidly approaching, which means Colorado will wake from its cold icy sleep once more and become home to some of the craziest parties, pride events, and endless nights.

School is going really good right now. It's nice that I only have to take 2 classes at a time and be considered a full-time student. AS OF THIS VERY MOMENT, I have been offered a job with an indoor rec center as a lifeguard. All I have to do is give the city my references and Im hired! Hopefully Mark says good things about me . I have an interview this Friday with the water park I've been at for 4 years now to become a lead lifeguard, so I'm very excited about that. All of my friends are interviewing this week so we're all super pumped to find out if we got the jobs. I did go hot tubbing with a woman of interest the other night. Thanks for the questions Nobel!! Amy Poehler put it best when she hosted the Golden Globes with Tina Fey in 2013 when she said, "nobody plans to do porn." Hahaha.
