Thanks for the pic Ian, You're looking great.
I'm sorry to hear about your computer. I'm no expert on computers but it seems to me that $1200 is very close to, buy a brand new one.
It's slightly more than a new one, but if I were to just get a new one I would need a waranty and Microsoft office again. Add all that up and it ends up being easier to just get it fixed
I'm really sorry for you Ian. A spilled drink that costs you $1200 really sucks. That is such a racket to have to pay over $125 or so for Microsoft Office on every new computer. Non transferrable even in the case of a breakdown, etc. I actually have the disk program for the now very old Microsoft Works. I still use that program on each new computer instead of Office. For my needs, it still suffices. And it's my favorite price. lolIt's slightly more than a new one, but if I were to just get a new one I would need a waranty and Microsoft office again. I haven't watched Spencer's video, but I would have to agree that the friends I still have are much closer with me in the sense that they care and look out for me. Every once in a while a gay butt sex joke will pop out and everyone looks at me for approval, I just laugh right along with everyone. I've never had a problem with gay jokes, and now that everyone knows I know they all are just kidding around.
As far as my classes go, they are goin good. Almost done with my first 8 week classes so that's exciting! I did however manage to spill coffee on my Mac this morning shortly after posting Happy Tuesday! So my day made an unexpected turn. It just got worse when I took it to the Apple store and they told me it would be $1200 to fix it. I nearly shit a brick and slapped the fuck outa the guy. But luckily for the members this means I'll be stopping by the studio this month for some scenes hahaha.
Apple charges absurd amounts of money for their stuff so I am sorry that you had such an expensive coffee. That said, I am looking forward to seeing the results of your visit to the studio since you are one of my favorite models. I have always enjoyed how you interact with us here as well Ian. You may not realize it but for a number of people here, you are a part of the family whether you like it or not.
But I'll still be stoping by the studio so don't worry
Hell yeah, get some spinners or some bedazzling for that laptop!
Well fuck, it was supposed to be a joke, but I think "spinners" went out a while ago. Hey Ian, how does a young boy "jazz up" his laptop...no guys, I said "jazz up," not "jizz up!" I'm sure he has no problem in that department.

I am always happy to be a part of any family! A bit of good news for everyone, I turned on my laptop this afternoon! It works! For now... Lol. I backed everything up on it, and figured I would just keep using it until it fully breaks. There's not a time limit on when I can take the laptop in, so if it does good for the next 3 months, so be it, I'll take it in in 3 months then. A lot of people tell me to just get another laptop or a new Mac, but I got the money to get this laptop all from my grandma for graduation, so I would feel horrible if I just went out and got a new one. But I'll still be stopping by the studio so don't worry
And the best part is, I got that laptop like 3 years ago, it was just a little IBM Thinkpad. My parents got it for me for christmas, and they knew I wanted a Mac, but couldn't afford one, and I knew that, so I wasn't expecting one, but when I opened it, to make me feel better, my dad had put an Apple logo sticker on the top of it, so it would have that Apple feel, LMAO!

Good news on the computer Ian. May it work for a long time to come. If not maybe we can start a "buy a computer for Ian" drive among your fans.
What if I said I was thinking about making plans to go to Seoul, South Korea this summer? I just got home from visiting one of my cousins who's in town from Korea and I think it might be fun to go out there for a couple days to see him, my other cousin, and their wives. And you only have to be 19 to drink so that's great! Lol!

That would hardly be frugal, let alone sensible. While Ian is one of my ultimate favourites on this site, he makes far more money than he is allowed to admit (via Non-Disclosure tenets), whereby he can afford his own computer, complete with all the bells and whistles. I have a few of them myself, so I know their costs. Ian does enough for us through his videos; how about we keep it professional and non-personal by not insulting his expanding bank account with meager offers to purchase for him trinkets he would just as soon be without!?
