Friday's connection issues

Sorry to raise a thread about this but I tried for over an hour to connect to the site yesterday - Friday around 1900hrs uk time which is 1400 Eastern. I also could not get onto the blumedia support site to report such an issue.

So was it an international issue or a site issue ?

Our hosting provider had some issues so this downtime was out of our control. Sorry for any inconvenience.
