Another thing I wanted to bring up was the scene where
Johnny Forza left the house. Johnny F was very spoiled and wrapped up in the belief that he was really important to the site too. I loved him in some of his earlier and middle work. I still think he's got a great body. But... I think his early success here went to his head. The one above his shoulders! haha Later on he acted like all he had to do was show up on set with his beautiful body, smile for the camera and then just coast through a scene and let his scene partners do all the work. I'm conflicted because I really would have liked him to be able to stay longer if only he had cared about continually doing a good job for the fans.
As it was though, I really sensed that it was time for him to be let go. His time here had run its course. If he had been given an extension on his contract, I think his work ethic and inflated ego would have just gotten worse. Some models come here doing really good work but they don't get a contract. While some others get a contract and then act like some nightmare tenured professor who starts showing up late to his own classes because he's banging some co-ed student of his in the janitor closet. haha It was time for Johnny to know that the gravy train had ended. The fact that he has continued to get paying work in the industry actually pleases me. I hold no ill will towards him.
I've kind of beaten around the bush so far as to my point here. But as I say, it regards the final scene where Jonny was standing at the door leaving the house, saying his goodbyes on his way out to the airport. For those of you who didn't see Sabrina mention it in a BTS from a while back you wouldn't have caught Paul's little dig at Johnny as he left. Paul said something like, "Nice suitcase you have there Johnny." If you recall or if you actually go back to the episode, you'll see that Johnny left the house with only his coat. Why is that and where was his suitcase? Already taken out to the car perhaps? Uhh... He didn't bring one. After he was signed to a contract he started boarding the plane from his hometown for a multi-day trip...with nothing more than probably his wallet, keys and cellphone.
As Sabrina said in the earlier BTS he just started regularly showing up at the house in Denver with no luggage, no extra clothes, and no toiletries. I'm sure he thought it was hilarious. He just boarded the plane for another city and state without ever having to worry about a carry-on or a checked bag. He boarded a plane with nothing more on him than you'd expect to need for a walk to the corner store to buy a loaf of bread.
Broke Straight Boys had to buy him extra clothes for his stay. We all know those aren't free or even cheap. They had to launder his one outfit of clothes, buy him pajamas if he needed any, then provide him with a new toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, razors, shaving cream and on and on. Who paid for all of those extra unnecessary expenses? We did of course. He had gotten so full of himself that it was just one more sign that it was wise for his contract not have been renewed.
I do wish him well though. I have a feeling that he has been used and abused out there in the rest of the industry where things can get shady at best. I hope not.
