Water under the bridge (with a tsunami or two) ending with two perfect lovebirds!!!
Dear All the Above:
Since the topic of this thread is blast from the past, I immediately blasted to the past seeing Jordan and Stephan doing what they did best of all. Jordan had that boyish charm working for him when this episode was filmed. One would have to have a foot in the grave not to appreciate Jordan's effervescence and almost childlike youthful appeal. This episode with Stephan was nothing short of WONDERFUL. Stephan got what he was wanting and so did Jordan. And the lived happily forever after, needing never to return to the lands of Chick-fil-A ever again!
BEWARE OF POLICE TAPE SURROUNDING THIS TAG-TEAMING CHAPTER. YOU MAY WANT TO OMIT FROM READING - ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK: But as jon mentioned earlier, I too was among those who were more than a little annoyed with what I refer as the "Tag-teaming massacre" instigated by Jordan linking forces with Mike Robbins, like they were competing at some "Madison Square Garden" basketball playoff exposition, cheering each other on to what I considered could have only happened when teaming two "bad boyz" multiplying their collateral damages fourfold against the world! I guess this whole "Broke Straight Boys tag-teaming concept" still sounds like "fun" for some even years later, while for others like me, this leaves a permanent angry feeling deep inside for the apparent lack of recognizing this "tag team" was to be used against real humans as opposed to some "FleshLight" or other inanimate sex toy. This notion leaves me even today "shaking in ANGER"" by the combined actions of Jordan and Mike when they so casually decided to combine their "bad boi forces" to commit this senseless onslaught against others! It was TOTAL ANARCHY ON THE SET! Afterwards, I kept on going back reviewing this earlier episode with Jordan and Stephane and asking what in the HELL just happened??? I truly was stuck trying to reconcile this event with past performances and I ended up feeling any reconciliation was beyond my imagination! I left disappointed and vowed from that point forward, I definitely lost ALL RESPECT for Jordan and Mike R, especially after reading they frequently spoke by phone when they were away. I felt their tag-teaming actions they conspired together on were their equivalent to being on the borderline of SOCIOPATHIC and, therefore, beyond the pale and beyond redemption! CASE CLOSED:
WATER UNDER THE BRIDGE SECTION BEGINS HERE - NO DISCLAIMER NECESSARY: In keeping with the positive nature of this thread, the episode of"Josh & Shane" deserves to be proclaimed as the poster child of all that can be positive in any Broke Straight Boys episode. This assumes "Romance Was In The Wind" and especially when it came to the forum's favorite pairing of two sweethearts like Josh and Shane. If the genre of "Romance Novels" ever decided to come out of the closet, these two would be the basis for all future "Gay" Romance Novels! Shane the eternally buff and masculine knight on the proverbial white horse comes to save the day for the eternally sweet and innocently vulnerable Josh . To bad that Shakespeare isn't still around to chronicle their "Idyllic" life story together!
I hope this "blast from the past" doesn't overly inflame others as it strictly was written in my opinion ONLY! My only purpose was to clarify any previous objections I made in the past, recognizing we each have our own take on things. On a more positive note, I too enjoyed Jordan & Stephan "fracking for oil" together and they dug deeper and deeper in Stephan's hungry ass, and they seemed to get positive results at the end as well!
We need a little more honest and romantic storylines such as "Josh & Shane" to occupy our time.
Sincerely,
Stimpy, the Romantic
Love Josh/Shane - an early example of kissing when kissing was by no means the norm.

This is my absolute favorite scene. Realistically, I don't suppose they were a couple or even connected outside the Broke Straight Boys studio, but my romantic soul likes to dream they did.
Yes this was a great scene and lots love it. I'm just trying to get people to delve into the past and remind of us of scenes a lot have not seen. That is the purpose of this thread.. I think lol
Both of you chose not to mention Stephan's performance which I thought was top notch. And yes Mike, a few of us were annoyed at Jordan's behaviour but surely that is water under the bridge...
Ahhhh, yes....perfect
